It's actually so shit when you realize that you really don't have any friends. That everyone you thought of as a friend are only so because they once took pity on you and now you think they like you when they really don't, and they were just trying to be nice.

It's the hardest looking at photos of your younger self and trying to figure out when the little girl in you decided that she isn't worth the life she was given. That she doesn't deserve the happiness that she was once so easily able to grasp. It's the hardest looking at the smile on your 5 year old self's face and thinking that she doesn't deserve the pain that the future holds for her.
