As for my "normal life"... I love music and play the violin, I hike and backpack, play D&D, love to travel and bake.

im pretty sure not eating breakfast was cancelled out by the fact i didnt get out of bed until noon today- at least I have pilates later.

me convincing myself that weighing the exact same as i did 5 months ago is all part of my master plan to get my metabolism used to my new weight before dropping again and not the fact I'm not even trying anymore

asking for figure skates as a present because all ive ever wanted is to be lean and graceful on the ice. i dont even have access to a rink most of the time but ill make it work

anyways trying to get back into the groove of things. I guesstimate I ate about 1100 cals today (was tracking very precisely until dinner oops), ate 58 grams of protein, and burned about 440 active cals. Walked 12k steps, ran a 5k in 30 minutes and I went to pilates in the evening :)

its amazing how ill do anything and everything to not go to bed hungry. like ill be chill the whole day but if i am hungry HUNGRY before bed (not just peckish) its not going to work. how do you all do it?
