I think the funniest thing Toby Fox could do is not have Papyrus show up in Deltarune at all and then in the post credits after you you beat the game you'd see a message appear that says "you can now play with Papyrus" and then he'd be retroactively inserted into every single chapter like some kind of new game+

brooo I'm sure people said this before but I just realised... jevil went insane because he realised the WHOLE of deltarune is a game, not that the dark world isn't real. Because darkners know what they are?? At least tenna knows exactly what he is and so do others. Plus it doesn't make sense to go insane from just that knowledge since darkners still have a "life" when the dark world is gone, they just come into form with memories when the dark world opens.

SO WHY WOULD JEVIL GO INSANE FROM THAT IF EVERYONE KNOWS IT? RALSEI KNOWS, THE FLOWERS KNOW, TENNA KNOWS, SEAM PROBABLY KNOWS.
