this is wild like 3 days ago i was lamenting that i've seen zero Jabber & Riyo besties fanworks and then yesterday i stumbled across your blog. would love to hear more of ur thoughts on them if you wanna share!

So basically this is my dynamic for them<:3

It's my delusions, but from context clues from the story, I want to believe that they had a past together. So I chose to make them childhood friends/soulmates, and currently in a queerplatonic relationship

Jabriyo is all about moving on + confronting your past to me. The idea is that Jabber makes Riyo face her bottled up traumas, and Riyo makes Jabber stop giving up on himself (= surrendering to his trauma-based violent behaviours). Though, they're really doomed and toxic about it so their healing journey is just them wrangling each other's necks about it:)))

They're both very stubborn kitties but them being attached to each other emotionally makes them unable to push away when the other drags them out of the light
