Frostypaw! I imagine Infume knowing cocomelon because he used to watch it at his old house, so him knowing nothing about the forest, it's the only conversation starter that he knows. Rainpaw (Hax) and him ran into each other in the forest and discovered the clan together :3
a few months ago i reread the original warriors series, and wanted to put mcsr into that universe (couri, fein, fulham, poundy, silverr, and beefsalad)
i was going to draw more initially (hence the two awkward spaces underneath fulcat and poundcat), but i ran out of ideas on who to draw
under the cut are some thoughts about their names, backstories, and the coat colors i based their patterns on
from left to right, top to bottom
goldflight (couriway): in-universe, he is named after his distinctive wing-like markings on his sides. his small size and familiarity with the forest make him excellent on patrols or on stealth missions. based on a tortoiseshell tabby
tallpeak (feinberg): his name is 50% based on his real name (-berg meaning "mountain" in german), and 50% based on vibes. reliable on long and arduous missions, such as the journey to the moonstone. based on a dilute calico
swiftheart (fulham): tall and thin, the fastest warrior. i also decided that he is a former kittypet for 2 reasons: 1. i want him to know what football is, and 2. i want his kittypet name to be lewis, because i think that's funny. based on a solid fawn with some white spotting
poundcake (poundcake): also a former kittypet, but one who elected to keep his name as opposed to adopting a warrior's name, because i honestly couldn't imagine calling him anything else. a silly cat who is not the most skilled, but he is passionate about the clan and pulls through when needed most. based on a blue smoke with ghost markings
silverrun (silverrruns): his username just works as a warrior's name. an excellent hunter and warrior who works well in teams, once he warms up to you. based on an orange silver tabby
steerleaf (beefsalad): i actually don't know much about beefsalad, but i thought their minecraft skin looked cool, so i decided to draw them. based on a solid chocolate with some white spotting
I imagine that Oliver is the starclan cat that they all talk to and that he guides everyone. I also imagine Hax as a medicine cat apprentice who freaks the fuck out whenever he interacts with starclan >:3

I need to generally pick a struggle cuz I have like 0 progress done on anything cuz I keep cycling. Oh, I should draw couriberg! No wait there's a new couriberg fic out, let's read it. I'm like super busy today, and don't have time to write chapter 4 so I don't feel comfortable posting chapter three. I'm taking all the free spots of my time to write MCC and I'm slowly getting there. I'm at 3,131 words so far and I'm about to start round three of hole in the wall (which is the first game) and with all the extra stuff I want to put in between the games (and the fluff in the games too), this will probably be longer than chapter two. I should really plug my tumblr more, cuz people are going to wander why there is no chapter but I promise next week I'll have the chapter ready and I'll probably be closer to finishing MCC.
MCC is a big passion project of mine, so I would appreciate your patience as I try and navigate my fucked up schedule :3

couri has acknowledged the existence of couriberg fanfics. yes. he directly called us out on stream and said dont write me and feinberg being a happy family because we would be horrible parents and thats all i remember.
