Leaders, if you are leading a group of people, it is important to actually be a leader. A leader will take initiative to help better the entire group rather than address an issue without guiding the group to the action that will help them. Addressing an issue without helping to provide options for improvement only causes the group to panic as they don't know what they can do. Improvement is on your shoulders, do it well! You wouldn't be leading if you couldn't do it!

I would like to be completely honest with this post. During the beginning of last summer, I started to badly lie. They would just flow out of my mouth like it was normal because it simply became easier than explaining what was actually going on. Of course, the truth is bound to come out sooner or later, and everyone would find out my lie was...well, a lie. I continued to lie unintentionally and eventually, I couldn't even trust myself. It felt like I was wearing a mask, because I was surely not myself. I ran into this song and I immediately got better, soon my lying stopped. Even people of my age can lie, I'm afraid, but thank God it's over now.
