California’s super bloom is the best in years, so vibrant it can be seen from space

Abundant rain and mountain snow have spurred a "super bloom apocalypse."

I’ve been posting my photos of the superbloom for a week. I have some that I will post later on from my hike into the Big Morongo Canyon Preserve. Next week, my plans are to visit Anza-Borrego Desert on Monday and then a couple of days in Joshua Tree National Park and a few adjacent areas where I know the superbloom is happening.
