Welcome to The Light Yoga Space Tumblr Blog. We are an independently run Yoga Studio based in Dalston, East London. Our focus is purely on Sivananda Yoga and Meditation. On this page we will endeavor to educate, entertain and enlighten you with all things Sivananda, and the beautiful things around us that inspire our practice. Sivananda Yoga is a school of yoga that adheres to the teachings of the Yoga Masters Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda. By closely practicing Yoga according to the teachings of these masters, we try to ensure that we are teaching and practicing Classical Hatha Yoga as taught in the Classical Yoga Scriptures.
