How to know if someone is gaslighting you…
something is “off” about your partner and you can’t quite explain or pinpoint why.
you frequently second-guess your ability to remember the details of past events leaving you psychologically powerless.
You feel confused and disorientated.
You feel threatened and on-edge around this person, but you don’t know why.
You feel the need to apologize all the time for what you do or for who you are.
You never quite feel “good enough” and try to live up to the expectations and demands of others, even if they are unreasonable or harm you in some way.
You feel like there’s something fundamentally wrong with you, e.g. you’re neurotic or are “losing it.”
You feel like you’re constantly overreacting or are “too sensitive.”
You feel isolated, hopeless, misunderstood and depressed.
You find it hard to trust your own judgment, and given a choice, you choose to believe the judgment of the abuser.
You feel scared and as though “something is terribly wrong,” but you don’t know what or why.
You find it hard to make decisions because you distrust yourself.
You feel as though you’re a much weaker version of yourself, and you were much more strong and confident in the past.
You feel guilty for not feeling happy like you used to.
You’ve become afraid of “speaking up” or expressing your emotions, so you stay silent instead.

GUYS
GUYS I just found the literal best trick ever, and i hate myself for it but ~i saw it on tik tok~ but what you do is boil 4 cups of water, (or however many you want), and wait for it to boil. You take it off the heat and for each cup of water, add ½ teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, (fresh squeezed or from a bottle).
You only drink half a cup right when you wake up, and half a cup before you go to bed. I prefer to drink it warm because it’s almost like the lemon is sweet.
I lost 2 pounds in 4 days. Let me know how it works!!
Stay safe beauties

You don’t need loads of stuff to be a witch!
tips and tricks from a closeted urban witch.
Sup witch bitches of tumblr
you’ve probably seen a thousand posts listing ten different ingredients for a spell that you know you won’t get your hands on. Maybe you live in a city (like me!) or your in the broom closet (like me!) or your broke (like me!) Or maybe you don’t want to buy two bottles, three crystals and twenty different herbs just to love yourself!
Look, at the heart of it, witchcraft is just manifesting intent. How you manifest it is a different issue but I digress. You can literally just sit down and think real hard about what you want (thats your intent!) then just say it out load or think real hard and ta da manifested!
Of course everyone wants to feel a bit more witchy, do something a bit more than meditate and yell some stuff so heres how I’ve survived with very little ingredients and crap. Im splitting this list into sections from ‘uber cheap skate’ to ‘can go to whole foods’
So here it is!
First off ingredients I found in my spice rack:
Salt - An essential or so many will have you believe. Cleansing, purification and used in a lot of wiccan stuff if your that way inclined. Personally I use salt on my alter to represent the earth, and salt water to represent water. I also use it to cleanse things before using them in ritual (you can also use lemon water for this but be careful as lemon is acidic) Basically salts pretty useful to have as it will come up pretty frequently.
Black pepper - banishing negativity, protection from evil. Great for self love (banishing self hatred)
Lemon - cleansing, purification, removal of blockages, lust. Similar to sea salt, with added zest.
Garlic - adventure, new experiences, sensuality, sexuality, personal confidence, prosperity, success, good health. Great for self love, new beginnings and attracting adventure. Is a bit smelly tho so not used much in my own practice.
Coffee - dispels nightmares and negative thoughts, peace of mind, overcoming internal blockages. Self love baby!
Cashew (yep the nut) - money, prosperity
Chamomile (you can open a tea bag) - love, healing, reducing stress (duh), add to spells to increase success, removes hexes.
Curry (use curry powder or plant) - protection
Ginger - adventure, new beginnings, sexuality, personal confidence, prosperity, success, good health. the rich mans garlic (and smells better so I use it more)
Cloves - protection, power, opens communication. Great to fix relationships and help with ending beef
Chestnut - (another nut!) - love. Dull I know but you can never have enough love
Coriander - love, health, protection. I’ve got powdered coriander in my witch box because it pretty much covers the three things I care about most
Cinnamon - success, healing, protection, power, prosperity. again, in my box because it covers a lot
Rice - rain, fertility, money protection
Sesame - lust, passion
Sugar - love, sex magic
Pumpkin seed - health
Poppy seed - pleasure, heightened awareness, love, lust, invisibility. Be careful not to ingest unless your sure its edible because some poppy are opium poppys, always do your research and maybe don’t harvest this one yourself.
Orange peel - love, divination, luck
Oregano - joy, strength, vitality, energy. add to stuff to add a extra kick or use to bring happiness.
Rosemary (its literally everywhere in the uk) - healing, good health, improve memory, clear thinking
Lavender (get it from the bush or out an old lavender bag like me) - love protection, healing, sleep, purification, peace, healing from depression. Another staple of my craft as its quite versatile.
Nutmeg - money, prosperity, luck, protection, break hexes
Honey - attraction, solar magic
Bees wax - base for salves, protective layer. melt over cork of bottle or seal over twine and stamp.
Bay leaf - success, healing. write your wishes on bay leaves and burn them.
Dandelion leaf - wishes, calling spirits
Ok that was long and yeah its not all in my spice rack but you’ll hopefully have some of that. You’ll see the reoccurring themes are love, purification, healing, luck and sleep. If you can get one thing for each of those you’ll be set. but again, you don’t actually need anything. Im also not going to go into crystals because all I’ve got is rose quartz and a bunch of unidentified stuff.
Ok so you’ve got all that, anything else?
Candles?
Well candles are always fun. You can carve runes or sigils in them, or burn something that smells good (like cinnamon) over them. Also incense is pretty popular, and I like it to calm and represent air on my alter.
I also keep around a few things that are sentimental to be to just sort of inspire me and get my mind in the right mind set.
Do I have to buy a pentacle?
I made my your own pentacle out of sticks or you could use a necklace or something if you have it. Again you don’t need a pentacle, they’re pretty common with wiccans but I’m not wiccan and I don’t always use one.
Any more advice?
You can also use old matches you used in other similar rituals to try to recreate the success of that spell in this one. you can bur the old match or put it in a pell jar or whatever. If you have a long match you can use it for a few rituals before retiring it to a jar. that way you bring the energy from old spells to the new one!
Sigils, sigils SIGILS! super easy to do! you can put them somewhere for prolonged use or burn them for a one time thing or whatever. just make one and see! all i do is write what i want, remove the vowels, remove repeated letters. then make the letters left into a very simple design. it doesn’t take long and is a very simple spell. All you need is a pen and paper.
Thats basically my list of things I’ve been using, but I stress this again. You don’t need it! theres this weird idea floating around that before you start practicing you must get every ingredient and read every book and research everything before you do your first spell but you don’t need it! Do whatever you feels right, experiment, make mistakes whatever. Learn how you want to practice by actually practicing!
Sigil Basics… again!
So I left a lot of information out of my last post and I wanted to do an update that may be more helpful!
***Remember***
Everything can be changed or altered based on your personal needs or preferences! The things I used were a basic guide that gives only one example! Your sigil is yours and you can arrange it anyway you want!
Make a Chart
Begin by making a chart similar to this one above. You can arrange the letters in any way and even take away numbers if wanted or needed.
Get a Phrase
The phrase I am using is
“I am safe and protected”
Your phrase can be as long or short as you like. Just know that if you are following this method and have a long phrase then you will have a more complex sigil and a short phrase you will just have a simple sigil.
Take Out the Vowels
This is another one of those REALLY optional steps. If you take out the vowels then you have a less complicated sigil and if not then it’s just a little more complex. I do this because it makes things not as busy in the sigil itself.
Using the same example from before we are then left with…
“M sf nd prtctd”
Take Out Repeating Letters
This is another one of those optional steps, but again it just cuts down on the business or complexity of your sigil.
The phrase we’ve been using would then become…
“msfndprtc”
Numbering Your Letters
So here you’re just going to match up the letters to the number they are assigned to in that chart we made earlier.
In our example…
416547923
Numbering Your Circle
Now you’re going to make a circle with numbers in it. The number order does not matter. You can do this in any order that you like. This is the one we are going to be using for our example.
Drawing Your Sigil
After you have all your information you get to draw out your sigil! Now this is where everything comes together.
Our number sequence is 416547923 so we are going to draw a line from 4 to 1 on our circle. Then drawing another line from 1 to 6. Then from 6 to 5. Then from 5 to 4. And continuing this until we have connected all the numbers together.
Finishing Touches
Now that you have your finished product you can begin to add your embellishments! You can add or take away anything that you like and make your sigil all yours!
You can add loops and swirls and anything else that you would like to the finished product!
Bonus Lessson
Charging Your Sigil
This is something that I’ll be elaborating on more in a later post that will be dedicated to this whole topic but I’m gonna share a favorite method of mine for charging up my sigils!
I prefer to do this when meditating but I have a few sigils that are all drawn out on the paper that I will be using that day or placing for the future or whatever their purpose is.
I will take the paper and hold it in my hands and focus on the intent that I wish the sigil to possess. If we were using the phrase above then we would be envisioning ourselves in a safe and protected place. We would be focusing on being safe and protected from whatever it is we need protection from.
After doing this for a bit I will know when it is ready and then I will kiss the paper and then I move along to the next one repeating the process.
That’s all I got!
There were a lot of questions out of my last post so I hope this one is a little more detailed and helps out a little more! If you still have any questions please feel free to ask me!
Ive never tried this way of doing sigils, i usually make them up from the letters i have left after the first few steps. Definitely going to try this!
Suggested Crystals for Ostara
Ostara – also referred to as the Spring Equinox – will be here on March 20th in the Northern hemisphere. At this point of the year, day and night are of equal length, and in perfect equilibrium. The Sun becomes stronger; days become longer; the land becomes fertile and abundant with life. Ostara is a festival of fertility, rebirth, growth, renewal, balance, and new beginnings. For this reason, crystals associated with any of these aspects are appropriate for this time of year. This not only includes growth of new life, but growth of the mind, the spirit, the physical body, careers, education, and success.
Below is a suggested list of some crystals you might consider for your Ostara altar, or to use in rituals or spells at this time of year:
Crystals for Ostara:
Clear quartz: associated with cleansing, healing, and clearing the mind of negativity. Ostara is a time of renewal and balance – clear quartz can help clear the mind, improve mental focus, and bring balance to your chakras and the soul.
Amazonite: associated with healing, soothing, calming, and balancing body and mind. This crystal is said to calm emotions, and align the physical body to the etheric. This crystal can be used to bring balance and harmony this Ostara, soothe the spirit, and calm the soul.
Citrine: associated with success, abundance, prosperity, inspiration, creativity, imagination, and personal will. Ostara is a time for growth, and a celebration of abundance. Citrine is great for growth in your career and/or education, and encourages the process of transforming hopes and dreams into reality. Citrine has also been associated with drawing in wealth, abundance, and prosperity of all kinds.
Fluorite: associated with protection, stabilising, grounding, and harmonising spiritual energy. Since Ostara celebrates balance and equilibrium, this crystal’s stabilising abilities are great for balancing our minds.
Lapis Lazuli: associated with spiritual growth, self-awareness, and development. This crystal is said to open the third eye and balance the throat chakra. Lapis Lazuli can be used in dream work, contacting spirit guides, and developing spiritual abilities. It can also help balance physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. Some say Lapis Lazuli helps stimulate wisdom and good judgment – and so could be used for enhancing intellectual growth this Ostara.
Moonstone: associated with balancing emotions, love, intuitiveness, divination, and perception. Again, Ostara is all about celebrating balance – Moonstone can be used to bring balance and stabilise emotions. It has also been used to help stabilise hormonal imbalances. Moonstone has also been associated with growth in intuition.
Needless to say, none of these crystals should be used as replacement for medical or therapeutic treatment. I like to think of crystals as an ‘enhancer’ or ‘supplementary healer’ – a little extra help in my personal growth.
Just to note, this list is just my suggestions - there are likely to be many other crystals I haven’t thought of!
Enjoy Ostara, and blessed be! <3

I’m so fucking depressed and kinda wanna die but hey. Have a good day
I’ve always wanted to know how everyone picks the artists they listen to. Like for me, I'm into Xxxtentacion, Lil Peep, Billie Elish, people like them. I like the emotion and rawness they put into their songs (the songs that are meant to be felt and not just heard) When I first find an artist I like I put on a song by them and start drawing what I see in my mind in correlation to the music.
I’ve been obsessing over this band for like 6 months now. They’re so fucking good its not even a joke.
Heyyy
BBS as vines 2!
Gonna be honest. I think the first one was better. Oh well. I tried.
