I am shocked at how Little content there is about Constantine/Batman. Like their chemistry is 11/10 😩

I decided that I need to write about them (I’m still pretty new to John’s character but I’m trying my best to get him right!)

John actively flirting with Bruce, asking him if he wants to kiss? Hold hands? Hug? And everyone is laughing at his face until Batman just do it. All broody and scary Batman giving Constantine a hug.

Bruce thinking he have issues until he mets Constantine. They both match each others freak to the point everywhere they goes it’s become chaotic. (Mostly John gambling with his life and Bruce trying to keep him alive)

Batman used to call zatana in the past when he needed help with magic, now he call John and try to find every excuses possible as to why that is not related to him having a crush on the man.

Who top and who bottom? I personally like Bruce railing John but also, John is way too cocky to not at least once get inside batman.

You can’t tell me Batman and Constantine didn’t at least fuck once in canon. Have you seen those two together?

Everytime John mention that he is dating Batman no one believe him, because Batman dating that mess of a man? No one in the league can believe that. Until one day they find an injured John sleeping on Batman’s laps while Bruce work. Everyone just stare blankly and now think back of all the jokes Constantine made about his life with the bat, turn out it was true.

The first time Bruce met John, he knew he couldn’t trust that guy. Like Batman who always take everything seriously met someone that take nothing seriously? His nightmare.

But then they get to know each other better and Bruce see that under this layer of sarcasm there is actually someone that care a lot but John have seen so much shit that the only way for him to cope is to distance himself (don’t that also remind you of someone?) so they hang out more, Bruce get comfortable so does John and they show side to one another they didn’t really show to others. Bruce feels like it’s easy to be just him (still holding back a bit but that’s Batman what do we expect?) and actually allow himself to joke around. John allow himself to be a tiny bit more vunerable because he knows that Bruce can understand him to certain extent.

John obviously have a thing for Batman so he does what he is good at flirting carelessly not expecting much but after passing time together on various mission Bruce start to flirt back. John tells himself it’s just friendly things like it’s Batman no?

And that’s the thing, it’s Batman and Batman does not flirt back, not like that. So there is Bruce on the side, not understanding why John did still not get the hint. it’s been six months they have that thing going on and nothing happened. Guess they are both idiots.
