i hate drawing as an autistic person

i get overstimulated so easily whenever i try to put effort into drawing, specifically digital art

its not even something i can help because im so focused on making things perfect and every mistake gets me ever so slightly closer to having a meltdown. even without that kind of mindset, just sitting down and focusing makes me unreasonably overstimulated and i still cannot figure out why.

and its only with drawing in a space thats comfortable for me like my bed. i never have this issue in school (which is weird since school is overstimulating for me a lot of the time) and i never have this issue when im focused drawing with a mouse on the computer

it makes me unbelievably frustrated cause i spend time on pinterest looking at fanart that'll inspire me and be my motivation; and i want to get better and better at drawing but its so difficult because everytime i sit down and try, its unbearable
