Also- I know I’ve brought up OC and animation/animatics recently- but on top of all of that, I’ve been wanting to try fanfic and/or oneshot writing again (with RWBY, obviously XD), but I’m not exactly sure what to write about.

I don’t think it’s talked about enough that Yang didn’t even think twice about sacrificing her beloved bike in order to help Blake. Like, there was NO hesitation, and she never seemed upset about it after.

Today was a decent day so far. I haven’t had any major anxiety spikes and we went to a museum with some cool interactive exhibits. There was even a dinosaur attraction!!

RWBY Wings of Fire AU

I've been thinking a LOT about RWBY in Wings of Fire tonight, and I have some things regarding it that I want to know others' opinions on- especially given how much overlap can be found between the two canons. Also, for all of these, I could go on a whole spiel about why I think each of these options could be viable, but I will save you (mostly) from that. Also, all of the following are considering that all the tribes live together and know of each other (there are no Pyrrhia and Pantala, just Remnant). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. What tribe would Summer be? A Leafwing, a Sandwing, or a Skywing? I definitely think Tai would be a Sandwing, and Qrow and Raven would be Nightwings. Based on the three tribes I gave (Leafwing, Sandwing, and Skywing) there are different potentials for what would make a Silver-Eyed Warrior (eye-color like in RWBY, animus, etc). This also has angst potential, considering how, in Wings of Fire, the tribes are genetically different enough that a hybrid baby isn't 100% guarenteed. Considering Yang would be a hybrid (rare) and her mother still left her...then if Ruby was also a hybrid and her mother stayed...or if Ruby wasn't a hybrid and was just an average sandwing, and HER mom still decided to stay! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2. What tribe would the faunus be? Silkwings? Rainwings? Both? Granted, you could just make the faunus dragons with other animal traits....but then there are Rainwings and Silkwings in canon who are considered less than the other tribes (after Darkstalker times, Rainwings were considered lazy, dumb, and weak, and Silkwings were quite literally enslaved by the Hivewings).

This was my first time drawing with a apple pen instead of my finger, and it felt really strange. XD

I think coloring and erasing is more accurate with it, though.

Anyway, RWBY art soon maybe? Gotta work on some pieces for Whiterose in Bloom 2026 and Butch Yang Week 2026.

missing The Character is a strange thing because yea there's always the option to go back to their source material or looking at art or reading fics but it's also like i can't just call them up like i would a friend to see how they're doing and that's the frustrating part of it

Based on an older post of @vigilantsycamore's related to a neruodivergent Weiss headcanon: I'm on my hands and knees for Weiss to feel comfortable enough to fully stop masking and unapologetically stim. I'm talking hand flapping, rocking, repeated sounds- all of it. Let my girl have this.
