Hello! Welcome to my agere blog!

You may call me LilSeaBunny or Gabriel. I used to only do reblogging here, but I've decided I'm ready to finally start posting for real! I don't plan on anything big, but I do like to make moodboards and agere boards (though they aren't very good). As you can probably tell, my favorite animal is sea bunnies! I'm very interested in sea life itself and I especially love learning about lesser known sea creatures.

Note that my askbox is open for questions and chatting, but not for requests or venting. The reason I don't have requests open is because I like to do my own thing and work at my own pace. I feel as though I would get much too overwhelmed getting bombarded with moodboard requests. Sorry for the inconvenience!

I am an age regressor and a pet dreamer. I'm not a caregiver, sorry!

I have diagnosed autism and possible undiagnosed ADHD. (Take the ADHD with a grain of salt though. I haven't gotten this professionally diagnosed, but almost everyone I've talked to says they think I might have it, and I have a lot of the symptoms. That doesn't mean I 100% have it, though! I'll have to get it diagnosed to really know.)

My regression is involuntary. (Meaning it happens out of my control. I cannot control when I go in or out of this headspace. Be mindful of this!)

If I do make requests/gifts, they will only be for my close friends. Like I said, I follow my own pace, and I don't like to be bombarded with requests. I'm sorry!

Age regression is OK for anyone of any age, any gender, and any race. There's no limits!

There needs to be an agere daycare/kindergarten!

I’m surprised that an agere specific daycare/kindergarten doesn’t exist yet in the big 2026. From what I know, there are only small events that you can go to in conventions. But, ain’t enough for me. I need the full experience, 5 days out of the week, and not In a discord server where people barely talk 😭

It would be a kindergarten/daycare specially for regressors. I’d have to call it an inner child healing and therapy center or something and age entry would be 18 and up!

It’d be splint between a more preschool-like side, and kindergarten for middles. It would run Monday through Friday, ( for special sleepovers events on weekends) and maybe start a little later into the day so that those of us with jobs can attend. You would have to sign up for it, and maybe pay a small fee for entry every couple months so that things like field trips, activities, staff pay, and repairs can be paid for.

There would be playtime, story time, snack time, and more! All guided by licensed professionals, and therapists on standby for support and stuff. And on special days we could do field trips and small surprises like taking everyone out for a treat or something.

I’ve had an idea like this since I was 16. I knew it wouldn’t be a possibility until I turned 18 and somehow became a millionaire, but a girl dream. I’m 18 now, but nowhere close to a millionaire… yet.

One of these days guys.. One of these days..

In the future (or even now) if I’m financially stable enough, or have people guiding me towards making something like this happen, I might actually make an attempt on opening and running a place like this!

Let's talk about padded agere!

Where I stand with diapers:

I see diapers as just another agere tool like a pacifier, or a bottle, or a blanket. I understand that for some, diapers can be a tool that helps or encourages their regression. This does not mean I support the kinks and fetishes associated with diapers or other age based dynamics.

With that said..

It's come to my attention that some age regressors believe that if other regressors use diapers for any reasons outside of medical necessity, it's a kink or fetish, regardless of whether one identifies as a regressor.

This is not true. There are many different reasons regressors might use diapers outside of medical usage, and those reasons are valid reasons. It doesn't take away from them being regressors, it doesn't automatically mean they are part of kink(s) or fetish(es) (communities) or engaging in sfw kinks, and just because you believe something is gross doesn't automatically make it wrong, or give you the right to assume and sexualize it. Diaper-based (and most) Kinks and fetishes have everything to do with intent and sexual attraction, not about whether someone is just wearing/using them.

Here are some reasons a regressor might wear diapers outside of medical usage:

➜ Comfort & Regression tool

Some padded regressors use diapers when regressed because it brings back a sense of snuggness and security, and just like how other agere gear items like paci’s and toys may help some regressors regress, diapers also help others regress. The cutesy patterns also make fun! (Just because something is fun does not mean is sexual!)

➜ Deep regression

Some regressors can regress deeply enough to where it can become harder to understand and be aware of the signs and cues of needing to use the bathroom. So they’d use diapers as a precaution, and to prevent accidents.

➜ Menstrual cycles

Some female and AFAB regressors wear diapers during their menstrual cycle instead of other menstrual products because they are more absorbent, all-around coverage, and comfortable.

➜ Bed wetting (TW: MENTIONS OF BRIEF AND SUBTLE SA & TRUAMA)

Some regressors struggle with bed wetting when regressed deeply. SA survivor’s and trauma survivor’s regressors may also struggle with bedwetting.

As an age regressor I understand that it is easy to assume. It is human to be scared or disgusted by something that’s seemingly weird. Most regressors don’t want anything sexually-related to enter their safe space, which is 100% valid. I myself have trauma regarding people among the abdl and other age based kink communities and used to be very biased towards padded regressors. Healing through my trauma and growing up is what helped me realize that for those regressors who do use diapers are using them in the same sense that a little regressor would use a pacifier: as a tool that helps their specific wants and needs as a regressor.

Before immediately assuming anything about a diapered user you should check the tags of any post, and read intro posts if any.

To the padded regressors:

You are genuine regressors.

You are not gross.

You are not inappropriate

You are not unsightly

You are valid

And I apologize on my past beliefs, and in advance of anyone who’s ever made you second guess yourself, feel shame, or feel gross. You are trying your best to cope in a world full of sad, miserable, and judgmental, people who would rather stay ignorant than understand why you do the things you do. Unless someone is willing to be educated, save your explanations, you don’t owe anyone. You only have one life, so make the most of it. If wearing or using diapers benefits your regression in any way, that’s okay. Block those who are rude. You are loved! (and that goes towards all regressors not just padded ones.)

(I like comments guys! 😭 I know everyone’s shy and has social anxiety (I do too). So, to encourage conversation and human interaction I’m going to start adding these little short responses questions to some of my posts!)

hello! please don't use the terms "going nonverbal/nonspeaking/semiverbal/semispeaking/nonvocal/semivocal" to describe a temporary inability to speak. "nonverbal" and words like it describe a long-term, often permanent state. it's comparable to someone without autism saying they're "going autistic" if they get overwhelmed by sensory information. still a real and valid experience, but not the right word! using other people's language can make it a lot harder for actually nonverbal people to find people like them and talk about their experiences

here are some alternatives:

speech loss/speech loss episode/losing speech verbal shutdown

if you have speech loss episodes often: demiverbal, verbalflux

if you're describing a headmate's verbal ability, substitute -verbal with -vox (nonvox, semivox, demivox, voxflux, fullvox, ect)

if you're describing a kind of communication other than speech, "nonverbal communication" is fine but please keep the "communication" on the end

I thought it would be good to share since the term “going non verbal” I learnt it from other people from the agere community who would use it to describe those moments in which they would regress to such a young age they couldn’t speak (which is what happens to me!) but thanks to nice online people now I know it’s the wrong term!!!

I learn something new every day yay!
