“The priesthood is the love of the heart of Jesus. When you see a priest, think of our Lord Jesus Christ."
- St. John Marie Vianney
Please pray for the attack that happened in Berlin - I do not care if you disagree or agree with Pride, but one person has died and sixteen others are injured.
Christ, have mercy.
The feast of St. Joachim and Ann are so cool to me bc yeah yeah Ann Ann bring a man whatever...but the intense celebration of having a little girl, in what other ancient culture is that a thing? They were so excited after years of waiting to have their child- and for her to be the Blessed Mother🥲🥹
"Wash the plate not because it is dirty nor because you are told to wash it, but because you love the person who will use it next."
- St. Teresa of Calcutta
Trying to explain to secular people why Catholicism feels impossible but I've found turning it on me helps. *I* need Jesus, *I* need the Eucharist, no one transformed me or saved me but Christ. and then I just point to my life and how I've changed and they at least are like yeah no I get it and if you lose 100lbs and actually kick 15 year addictions people may not believe any of it, but they believe I need it which is good enough for me.
Give thanks 🌵
