I feel so controlled, like I can eat exactly what I want and still lose. For breakfast I had a scoop of dark chocolate protein powder mixed with hot water (basically hot chocolate) for 50 cal and for lunch I had a cookie dough chobani flip yogurt for 160 cal. Only at 210 for the day so far and everything I had was so filling and delicious.
