Inspired by stalactites and stalagmites found in caves, Water Cathedral by GUN architects creates a cool atmosphere for visitors. 

About the project:

The project incorporates water dripping at different pulses and speeds from these hanging elements, fed by a hydraulic irrigation network. When filled with small amounts of water, the stalactite and stalagmite components act as interfaces out of which water droplets gradually flow and cool visitors below.

In this Celebritarian™ art performance the artist will be painting a portrait of late president John F. Kennedy from memory onto a Double Cross. In alchemy, the Double Cross is a symbol for poison which represents an agent of transformation and transformation through death, a vehicle for the reconciliation of opposites.

The action of painting this portrait will take place in pure darkness except for extremely brief intervals of flashing light, rendering the artist generally blind.
