I was too indecisive so I consulted the good people of Discord to choose a Zelink for me and they chose OOT 🎵 So OOT Zelink it is!

Absolutely! I imagine that Link proposes in the garden where they first met, surrounded by tulips of course 🌷 He presents a ring that Darunia helped him make 🔥 And he probably says something along the lines of "I want to spend the rest of the life with the woman who has stood beside me across all of time, and deliver my heart to the home where it belongs." And then Zelda cries of course haha 🥹
🩹 How do they comfort each other after nightmares?
Oooh I think they probably use music! OOT Zelink is the most musical Zelink after all 😌 I like to think that Link can use Zelda's lullaby to help her fall asleep regardless of whatever nightmares she's experiencing. And I think Zelda is willing to play a myriad of songs for Link in return. When he's feeling restless or tormented by dark memories, I think Zelda plays music that reminds him of friendly places and people. Saria's Song and the Minuet of Forest to remind him of innocent, youthful days in his treehouse. Epona's Song to remind him of sunny days at Lon Lon Ranch. Serenade of Water to remind him of calm moonlit nights, and how Sheik was always looking out for him through the worst of his adult journey. Yeah... I think Link calms down after thinking about these things for a while ❤️
💤 Who has the weirdest sleep-talking lines that the other quotes constantly?
Oh it's Link for sure 😂 This dude mumbles all sorts of strange things that Zelda can barely make sense of lol.
"Oh thank goodness, there's a cow in this hole..."
"How do I tell Zelda that I turned her ocarina into a saxophone...?"
"Epona, take that mask off. Horses can't dance."
"Impa, please stop exploding. We have a door right there."
"Zelda, you never told me that you were a Deku princess too!"
"They're aliens, Romani. Of course they want milk..."
Basically, Link has lived through a lot of crazy experiences, and I imagine his memories make for some pretty wild dreams 🤣 And while Zelda is initially very confused by his mumblings, she finds them humorous after Link wakes up and tries to explain himself. So I can see her quoting his sleep talking whenever it suits her fancy lol ✨
