Hi guys!
Okay, first things first: the title is technically true, but this is not a magical instant-shift hack. Itās still something you practice and get familiar with. What it does give you is a very clean door into lucidity, or shifting.
Go to sleep as usual.
It works best on a free day, since this does slightly disturb your sleep.
Set an alarm for about 4 hours after falling asleep, thatās when dreams are usually vivid.
Important part: the alarm should turn off by itself after a few seconds. Use an app if needed. The sound should be short and gentle. Cause it's different than wake up to bed technique.. You don't get out of bed.
When you wake up, donāt move.
Donāt sit up, donāt check anything, donāt wake yourself fully. You should be just a breath away from falling back asleep.
Stay still and find a quick anchor: focus on your breathing, or start counting softly in your head.
*If you feel like you won't be able to not fall asleep immadiately no matter what you do, you can gently move your fingers or hand. And then stop moving again. Experiment with is cause everyone is different.
From there, gently bring in your DR scene.
If it feels stable, you can engage your senses a little, but donāt force it and donāt āgrabā the scene. Holding too hard wakes you up.
Another option is to simply keep a soft image or vibe present and start thinking as your DR self. Let your body fall asleep fully while your awareness follows the scene.
Believe you are already there.. Even if you feel your CR body it doesn't matter, the surroundings around your awarness will change.. Not around your CR body. So you can feel your CR while your awarness is drifting to your DR.
It should be a very quick and smooth transition if done properly.
This works especially well if youāre already prone to hypnagogia, lucid dreams, or those moments where dreamland feels right there when you wake up.

āan assumption, though false, persisted in will harden into factā. your thoughts, beliefs and assumptions create your reality. we are used to thinking that 3d is our true reality, but this is not so. 3d is a mirror that reflects your 4d
if you want something, then all you have to do is decide that you already have it and be persistent. many of you misunderstand the meaning of this word in the context of the law of assumption. repeating affirmations, listening to subliminals for 24 hours and doing methods at every opportunity is not persistent. āpersistence is remaining in a state of fulfilled desire. to be persistent means to stick to your assumptions regardless of what 3d reality shows you. if you react to 3d, then you are not persistentā
by reacting to 3d, you do not allow new assumptions to form in your subconscious. imagine that 3d asks again and again if you are sure that you have mastered void, shifting realities, lucid dreaming, etc. āare you sure? are you 100% sure? but you said before that you always fail. i don't think you're sure. look, you woke up again in this reality without desires. what? do you really believe what you're saying? i ask you again, are you absolutely sure?ā. instead of giving a positive answer every time, you immediately give up and scroll through tumblr looking for a new method. you must be persistent, even if you do not get what you want in 3d after a week, a month or a year

if you have negative thoughts, and we most likely will, then immediately replace them with positive ones. negative thoughts also include anticipation of desire. remind yourself again and again that you already have what you want and you are not waiting for it to manifest itself. if you catch yourself thinking that you are waiting for your manifestation, then remind yourself that you already have it

important part. manifest your desires. solve any problems using the law of assumption. you can do it right now, you don't have to wait until you enter the void or shift. it's easy. all you have to do is decide. iām not asking you to affirm, listen to subliminals, do sats, etc. you just need to think that you already have everything you want and be persistent in this assumption
want a new phone? ok, just decide that it's already yours. you don't have to try to enter the void tonight to manifest a new phone. do you have the flu? decide that you are always healthy (by the way, this does not mean that you should not take medications. take them, but be persistent in the assumption that you never get sick). again, you don't even have to move your fingers. besides, negative beliefs will not make your life better. do negative thoughts fulfill your desires? no, so why pay attention to them? just enjoy the feeling of fulfilled desire. just enjoy the fact that you always get what you want

4d is true reality, 3d is a mirror. live in your imagination, live in the end, only then will 3d reflect your new assumptions and beliefs. these people achieved success because they accepted that imagination is the only reality. you are no worse than them. you can be persistent. and you will be persistent
know that your failure will not affect my life in any way. but it will affect you. if you finally become persistent, then you will get everything you dreamed of all that time. do it for yourself. do it for the sake of experimentation. what if you succeed?
METHODS
let's start with the method of manifestation. all i require you to do is decide, be persistent, ignore 3d, replace negative thoughts with positive ones. this is literally the basis of the law of assumption
in addition to this, you may want to use manifestation methods such as robotic affirmations, subliminals, sats, meditation, etc. overall i'm 50% okay with it. everything is fine as long as you don't put methods on a pedestal. if you start to think that without following one of the methods you will not be able to manifest your desires, then this is a red signal. just relax. you will shift, enter the void void, do astral projection, etc., even if you donāt repeat affirmations from morning to evening or donāt listen to your entire playlist. donāt force yourself to lie on your back and visualize the desired reality during sats. do what you like and when you want it. affirm, visualize, make mood boards, etc., but donāt make it a mandatory action. don't force yourself to do anything you don't want to do. and remember you change 4d and 3d, not methods

Abby is one of those people where itās like sheās kind to you until you piss her off then sheāll just not be in the mood to talk for a while then drop you SHE DOES NOT TAKE BULLSHIT but sheāll communicate to you the reason sheās dropping you but make you feel 10x worse about what you did but if you talk her through your mindset she may rethink her decision but even then itās a rare possibility youād have to be extremely close to her to even get that chance ngl because she doesnāt do new friends like yeah sheās open to the idea but she still likes her circle to be small.
she is a power house like when i say she is so good at magic i mean she doesnāt even have to try she is a quick learner on top of she is so good at getting things first try that if she doesnāt it shocks everyone because what? you usual get things in a snap of a finger (i swear sheās gotta be using a spell to get it) but she studies hard EVEN THO SHE DOESNT HAVE TO like youāll try to hang out with her and even tho she already has it down sheāll decline just to study and when sheās finished itāll be like 3am and sheāll text you like āhey you still wanna hang out?ā LIKE BRO ITS CURFEW AND I AM SLEEPING, NO but she likes to be 100% with her work and put her all into it even if she already has it down sheāll study pronunciation, hand movements with the wand, the ingredients of a potion and what each thing does everything she will wanna know everything. then go on to teach herself more spells and already have them down.
SHE IS HUGE ON COMMUNICATION like you do something and just talk to her sheāll understand like sheās is so understanding and forgiving like her communication skills are A1 like even better than her brotherās she will always get to the root of the issue tell you her issues and not make you feel like youāre being forced to and if you donāt wanna talk sheāll explain her side then tell you to just reach out to her when youāre ready to say your piece but if you refuse youāre out her life until you can. she is so comforting she will always find the right words to say to you and always knows how to comfort you like if youāre the type that doesnāt want words only hugs sheāll hug you so tightly with all her love but if itās the opposite she wonāt touch you sheāll just be right next to you calming you down with her words.
she is the quiet energetic kind of friend in public sheās quiet like she might crack a small laugh and talk to her friends but in private sheās dying in laughter, playing pranks, she is more herself. she is shy but when she drinks sheās a messy drunk like sheāll sit there crying for hours over her life or just telling everyone how much she loves them. she will push her friends to be the best versions of them and make sure that no one feels left out if you mess with her friends sheāll look down on you and will bite instead of bark for her friends. if she feels that you have bad energy sheāll avoid you like you have dragon pox. Samuel Hwang is honestly one of the most oddly annoying but not because of his personality but because he is such a āI will keep going till I get it rightā kinda person. Literally, he will just keep going when youāve given up heāll still be over here like āWhat are you doing? youāre doing it wrongā try to help get it wrong himself and now because you started a whole thing heāll spend hours fixating on everything and different ways he could do it. He wonāt even do it because he wants to be better than everyone else, heāll do it because he is a perfectionist and will overthink if he doesnāt get it right.
He is like lowkey the kind of person to just not like someone because someone he cares about doesnāt like you like heāll hear a bad story of something you did to his friend even if it was an accident but if his friend makes you seem like a jerk and you walk past him after hearing what you did bro this man will stare you down with the MEANEST SIDE EYE like damn what I do to you. When I say he dead wonāt care you try to talk to him straight up youāll get a quick glance heāll realize who is talking then heāll walk away leaving you feeling awkward asf like āOk damn I guess Iāll just keep talking to this wallā type shit until you get assigned as partners then heāll reluctantly talk to you but not because he wants to but because he has to then you have to go through obstacles to get close to him like heāll put you through it until he sees youāre not a bad person and heāll let his guard down a little bit and talk to you every once in a while but heāll still be guarded. What really makes him let his guard down tho is just communication.
Which brings me to THIS MAN IS HUGE ON COMMUNICATION like hugeeeee if you just explain to him why you did what you did when he asks heāll still need space if itās a valid reason but heāll like you more and if not youāre just out his life like you never met. heās honestly really sweet a contrast of what people really think about him they think heās a jerk because he keeps to himself and will dead just talk shit but thatās only if you do it first heās big on iāll treat you the way you treat me but iāll be more hurtful than you because his friends and sister know everything and tell him everything they know so if he has dirt on you heāll use it against you in the worst way in front of a group of passersbyers purposely so they can tell other people so you canāt escape it but as i said heās really sweet other than that heāll help you with school, honestly give you a lot time, heāll rush to you in a matter of seconds if you called him like it doesnāt matter how far he is he will secretly cast a spell that isnāt hogwarts magic and appear to get you out of any situation, heāll stand up for you if heās there in the moment, he will plan everything if you didnāt wanna, he would surprise you with your favorite things, he pulls little pranks and if he think heās gone too far he would cry and do anything to make up for it.
He is amazing at being dramatic with people heās close to like if youāre a stranger you get the stoic standoffish side of him but if youāre his best friend you get the wilder side of him like heāll be energetic when yall are alone in public itās like heās still energetic but itās like the calmer chaotic version of him heāll make joke and die of laughter but when yall alone HE IS JUMPING FROM BED TO BED bouncing off the walls heāll be louder, more energetic, more just more especially at parties this man is fantastic at fire whiskey pong heāll drink and him with his friends becomes his drunk self so out in public heās just like how he is when heās alone with his best friend just drunk OH AND HE LOVES CHILDISH GAMBINO (heās in my DR to but as a student that makes the same kind of music just performs it for the students at hogwarts) anyways he loves his music and even tries to work with him but donald is always like ānot right nowā because heās 2 years older than us and doesnāt want us to disturb him (BOOOOOO he really doesnāt like specifically me and samuel for the main reason samuel is a perfectionist so heās scared heāll try to take over and me because he says iām reckless and might break his equipment) anyways thatās all i can think about samuel rn iāll add more in later
Alright so Iām gonna start a series of people in my hogwarts vampire diaries teen wolf DR. I will be giving you a little bit of information on each person and if theyāre family members itāll be in the same post but the family and stuff anyways, I think this will be a fun way of motivating myself on top of introducing that DR a little bit so get ready for the series

A few people asked me about permashifting and how not to feel guilty and stuff, so here is a really detailed post. Yes, I will be talking about my experience too. āŗļø So I am from another reality where I was in the slums and my country was sooo much poorer and economically undeveloped than it is in this reality. I accidentally shifted here through a lucid dream and then I just never came back, never plan to, which is basically permashifting.
Did I feel guilty? Personally, no. To the point where on the first few nights of staying here, I would be super afraid of going to sleep because I might either shift back home in my OR or shift to another reality for better or for worse every single time, because I didnāt know anything about shifting at all.
The reason why I didnāt feel guilty was because I knew that I didnāt like my reality. I mean hey I came from poverty, and would lucid dream every single night as much as I can since it was my only form of escapism. My reality was soo bad, super duper bad. You all should remember that too! Idk how bad your life is but even if you think itās not that bad, remember that everything in your desired reality is 100000x better than where you are now, which is probably why you are so drawn to going there in the first place.
Me, I came from the slums and didnāt know shit, but now I reality shifted to another parallel reality in Canada. Now I have a really really big house, in a really beautiful neighborhood that is super clean and has a lot of nature, I have a really big school and can go to the mall and the city thatās also super clean and beautiful and big, I have so many friends and have such a good family and I am living so comfortably, and even can vacation to different places during education breaks. Itās so cool, you wonāt feel guilty when you are actually emerged with the version of yourself thatās in your DR.
And remember, I simply shifted to a reality all of you are familiar with, to the point where I see many people say that this world is super boring and that the suburbs and grey cities are ugly. I disagree because I came from a reality much worse than this one, but You must only be saying that because your imagination is bigger than where you are now, and where you could be is much greater than which reality youāre staying in now. avatar the blue aliens film, I keep rewatching and rewatching the movies and am even so scared of watching the part 3 coming up on Christmas because Pandora is super beautiful and the fact that all of us here on this community could literally GO to that place, ofc youd feel claustrophobic staying in this one reality only.
But how about my family/friends?
This one.. Okay nobody asked me this but Iām sure that everyone must only feel guilty JUST BECAUSE of the people they know and love here, and I can relate because I miss my Other Mama and Papa and Kuya with my grandparents and all my friends there in my old reality. It was such a weird feeling because I didnāt want to go back but I canāt leave the love and the memories I have with my family and my friends from there. Im even more guiltier because personally, I basically am the only person in my family that got out of poverty, in my soul. Like I have been the only person in my family that could lucid dream because everyone else doesnāt care about it.. So how could they have a chance to shift to a better place in their sleep?? They have no escape and that breaks my heart you know
But, I overcome it by knowing or having the closure that nothing has changed in my OR. I am still physically there and are alive and well (hopefully, I have no way of knowing) and itās just my awareness that moved into this reality. Even if there are people I know and love across realities that I donāt want to move away from, that means that there will still be more people I will get to know and love in THIS reality, where I can love them just as deeply.
Like NOW, I have my family and friends here in Canada as well as so much more people like my neighbors and people in school and even you guys on the internet. If I come back to my OR which I never plan on doing btw (because what if I get PTSD nobody wants to live in the slums) I would feel as equally guilty then because I donāt want to leave anyone I love either.
Itās very universal.
Itās across any reality.

Everyoneeee has been asking me how to lucid dream so hereās a detailed blog on how.
Helllooooo if you donāt know me, I shifted here in this reality on accident through a lucid dream so I went from living in the slums to having a happy healthy life in Canada so hereās how I did it!
Background: my lolo (grandpa) taught me how to lucid dream when I was about 5 years old and I started lucid dreaming all the time as a form of escapism when I was 9 years old, even in naps. (Before that Iād lucid dream every 1-2 weeks) sometimes multiple times in a week.
METHODS !
So hereās the thing, somethings are completely optional. You donāt need alarms, or journal entries and stuff like that, because I didnāt even have those. Someone asked me if I used those things but like Im literally from the slums Lmaoo.
But you DO have to start off by remembering your dreams.
Like the first thing you should do when you wake up is recall your dreams. You can write it down or use your phone to type it out or voice record it, but since I didnāt have anything I just yapped about it to my older brother.
Reality checks during the day are also helpful.
All you need to do is ask yourself if youāre in a dream everytime you remember to. I personally try to push my finger through my palm, because these āchecksā train your brain to do the same while youāre dreaming and thatās when youāll realize youāre in one when you sleep. Lucid dreaming is just you being aware of being in a dream, which you do every single night of your life.
Set an intention.
Idk how to explain this but you know you sleep everytime you intend to sleep? And when you intend to sleep so deeply, you get a really deep sleep or sleep with dreams? Yeah, just do that but with a lucid dream idk
Imagine things.
You can also use visualization until you fall asleep. Obviously set the intention to go there too, but yeah just play images in your head until your brain falls asleep and you naturally enter that place.
And thatās really it itās so simple
You can control your breaths, or count your pulse and stuff until your body can fall asleep but your brain wonāt..
You donāt have to worry about comfort a lot because I could fall asleep and lucid dream anywhere. I slept on a noisy street, in the heat, during a blackout, and still had very lucid dreams hehehe
You can also use emotions as triggers. When youāre tired, your brain uses that emotion to remember to sleep than when youāre full of energy right? So maybe use other emotions to remember to dream. Everytime Im stressed or sad, I lucid dream until itās automatic that I can enter a lucid dream everytime im stressed or sad.
Money is obsessed with me money flows to me endlessly money loves me money chases me money follows me around like a loyal puppy money multiplies for me automatically every dollar I touch expands into millions I breathe and money appears I sleep and money grows I exist and money rains down on me my bank accounts are overflowing my wallet is never empty my name is written next to wealth luxury and abundance money canāt stay away from me money stalks me money worships me money chooses me every single time I spend money it comes back multiplied money makes me richer richer richer I attract infinite sources of income I attract ridiculous amounts of wealth my life is dripping in gold Iām surrounded by prosperity money bends reality just to reach me Iām constantly paid Iām constantly rewarded Iām constantly upgraded money is permanent in my life I am the source I am the flow I am the proof that money never ends for me.
