It's not common I'll post two fandoms back to back. So if I post One Piece one day, TADC or Fairy Tail will be the next post. Of course, it's not common, but it may happen.
Edit: Screw that, I'll try to follow through, but I'll just post when I post! ✌️
I don't have any fanfics for this at the moment... Just an AU...

Story Snippet:
Her hands were shaking as she stood there with her head bowed. She didn’t want to anger her. Her father got mad at her all the time, but not her mother. She bit her lip, as her mother scolded her. Tears were forming in her eyes. She blinked them away, trying to maintain her composure.
“Lucy,” her mother calmly stated, “Where are the cookies Spetto made?”
“I…” she looked away, “I ate them.”
“You ate all of them?”
“Yes.”
“Every last one?”
“Yes.”
“Lucy Ashley.” Her mother sighed, and fixed her skirt as she knelt down in front of her, “Those were for the campaign’s victory celebration.”
“Sorry.” She mumbled, “They looked tasty.”
“Were they tasty?” Her mother asked.
“Yes, they were so delicious!” She exclaimed with bright eyes, instantly, upon meeting her mother’s frown, she dropped her gaze again.
“My daughter is a thief.” Her mother sighed. Lucy gasped and looked up at her mom who shook her head, “You’re gonna have to help Spetto and the other maids in the kitchen for a week.”
She gasped again, “But mom, they always say I ruin things!”
“I never said you were going to help them cook, Lucy.” Her mom frowned, and stood up, “but you’re going to help them.”
Lucy frowned, and kicked at the ground, “But we were going to go to the festival.”
“And we’re still going to go to the festival.” Her mother replied, and placed both her hands on her hips, “But if you don’t help out in the kitchen this week, then you’re not going. You’ll stay here, with the other maids.”
“But…”
“Lucy.”
“Fine, I’ll help in the kitchen.” She frowned, and turned around, stomping off. She had gotten used to her father getting mad at her, and restraining her from doing things that she loved, but her mother rarely did it, so it hurt more that she angered her mother.
She opened the door to the kitchen to be greeted with Spetto’s kind smile, and the other two maids who gestured to the dishes in the sink, as if telling her that’s where she’s needed. She turned around, about to run off and hide, when she saw her mother at the end of the hall talking with Capricorn, their butler. She turned back around, and closed the kitchen doors behind her, staring at her feet.
“I told you you shouldn’t have eaten those cookies,” one of the maids muttered.
“But were they delicious, Miss Lucy?” Spetto asked.
She looked up to see her kind smile, she smiled back, “Yes, they were very delicious!”
Spetto laughed, “I’m glad, Miss Lucy! Do you mind helping wash the pans that made those cookies?”
Lucy’s jaw dropped open, her mom had convinced everyone in the house, hadn’t she. This was one of the reasons that she didn’t like to anger her mom. When she angered her dad, he got mad often, so the maids and manservants would still cater to her needs if she gave them the right expression, but when she angered her mom, they all gave her sweet smiles but never would give her what she wanted. Her mom had control of the entire house.
Plus, she didn’t like to anger her mom, because her dad said that her mom’s health was fragile, and it’s true. Her mom tried to hide it, but she’d always carry around spare handkerchiefs so that she could cough into them silently. She climbed up onto the stool that had been provided for her, and stared at the dishes that were in the sink. She wanted to get out of this somehow, but everyone, including herself, loved her mom and didn’t want to anger her mom.

Summary
When her students decide to try less and less on her exams, and pay attention less and less in her classes, Lucy takes the initiative to try and bring her students passion for learning back by bringing in her friend as a guest teacher.

“A special guest?” Lucy muttered, “I don’t know any scientists who would be able to help make astronomy easier for the students.”
“But you’re talking about fire next, right?” Levy asked, “Didn’t you say that you knew someone who researches that stuff?”
---
Natsu nodded, “Absolutely he did.”
Juvia sighed, “So, let Juvia set you up on a blind date, too! As thanks for setting Juvia up with Gray!”

“Teacher, Teacher!” A student rushed up to her, “How hot does the sun get?”
She smiled, and shifted the stack of papers in her arms, “That’s on the exam that you’re taking in two minutes, did you forget to study?”
“But Teacher, your exams are so hard!”
“Then maybe you should study more.” She opened the door to the classroom, “Now go sit down.” She placed her papers onto the podium, and clapped her hands together, “Alright everyone, put your books away! Nothing should be on your desks except for a number two pencil!” She paced around the front of the room, “Ey, these desks should be parallel lines, scoot your desk closer in the back, Siwon! Everything off the table Graycen! No food in the classrooms, Bridget. Astuko, do you have a number two pencil? Mechanical pencils aren’t accepted in these exams!”
She took a deep breath, as the bell rang, and all of the students were ready to take her exam. She took a deep breath, and passed out the papers, “Don’t turn them over until I say so.” She observed the classroom, making sure that all of the students received the exam paper. She sighed, “Alright, begin.” She looked down at her watch. This was her last exam of the day, and her last class of the day. It was a Friday, so she was getting off early, too. She had a hair appointment in the city, and she wasn’t going to miss it.
Five minutes before the bell rang signalling the end of class, she clapped her hands together, “Times up! Turn in what you have, remember guys, it’s always best never to leave anything unanswered.”
The students were very audibly grumbling about the complexity of her exams, and one student whined in front of her as they turned in their paper, about how she should make it easier next time. She smiled, and shook her head. She was going to be doing a lot of grading this weekend, so that she could put their grades in the system before Monday. She placed the stack of exam papers on her desk in the teachers room, and collapsed onto her chair.
“Don’t you have a hair appointment today?” the teacher who had a desk right next to hers whispered.
“Yeah, I do, Levy,” She groaned, “But every time I make the exam a little bit easier for them, and they do even worse than before.”
“Maybe they need some motivation. What’s the next subject?”
“Well, we’re going to be talking about combustion.” She sighed.
“Oh, that’s hard.”
She groaned, “I know, and these students are going to be the death of me.”
Levy sighed, “Maybe you could do something to help them remember it easier. Like an activity, event, or special guest.”
“I’ve tried activities, and I even took them to a planetarium when we were studying the constellations in the solar system, but it doesn’t seem to help at all.”
“And what about a special guest?” Levy asked, “My students liked it when I brought in a war veteran who shared stories from the war. They did much better on my exams this time.”
“A special guest?” Lucy muttered, “I don’t know any scientists who would be able to help make astronomy easier for the students.”
“But you’re talking about fire next, right?” Levy asked, “Didn’t you say that you knew someone who researches that stuff?”

Story Snippet:
The camera was pointed at his face, and the film was rolling, he watched as the wheel spun at the back of it, capturing every moment. Why had he agreed to this? He wasn’t sure, but he was one of the few that actually came back, alive, from being imprisoned in the enemy’s camp. His friend had told him he didn’t have to do this, but for some reason, he felt like it was necessary, it was one of the only things he could do to help those to know about the war. His daughter was in school right now, and his one rule was to let him go when he had to go and pick her up. He closed his eyes tightly as he tried to regain his composure. Most people wouldn’t be able to talk about this, and he still had nightmares about it, but he didn’t have anything to do at home while his little girl wasn’t there, so he agreed.
“General Dragneel,” the person across from him asked, taking out a pad and fountain pen, “Are you sure you’re willing to share what you experienced?”
He blinked, that’s why he was here right now, right? He looked down at his hand, clenching his fist and releasing it, “If it’s too hard, I’ll just leave.”
“May I ask,” the person hesitated to continue, as if their question would offend him, “how the great Dragon Corps General had gotten stuck on the other side?”
He looked up at him, he was embarrassed about it when they put it like that, no matter how many times Luce told him that it wasn’t his fault. No matter how many times he replayed the moment in his mind. No matter how many times her warm arms embraced him, combing her fingers through his now long hair, it still felt like he failed her. Like he failed Nasha, too.
“I’d… I agreed to talk about what happened back there, not how I got there.”
“But the soldiers should know of such tricks the enemy has in order to-”
“She won’t ever succumb to that!” He exclaimed, “They won’t. I made sure they couldn’t pull a trick like that again.”
They were silent for a few seconds before agreeing to move on, “Then… Do you mind sharing your story?”
He stared down at his hand again, “Are you ready to hear it?”
“Yes, are you okay to tell it?”
He glanced up at the rolling camera, “Promise you won’t ever share this film with children.”
“What?”
“Don’t let the kids know.”
They were silent again, before replying, “We won’t let children watch this.”
So that Nasha wouldn’t see him like this. His little girl viewed him in such a bright light, and if she knew about this her world would shatter. He hated the fact that he couldn’t keep his limbs in tact, how he couldn’t keep his wings, but she’d grow up remembering him like this, so he couldn’t let her know how weak he had been in order to get like this. He took a deep breath, and looked up into the camera lens, before back to his interrogator.
His hands were cuffed together with some sort of metal that he couldn’t melt.  Try as hard as he could, he couldn’t even light a spark in his fingers, and it was making him feel sick. He had thought he heard Lucy scream, but now he found himself in this dark, gloomy, prison that smelled awful. He could hear screams all around him, and hear people walking, stomping, kicking. He heard pleas to be saved, he heard cries of pain, and cries of death. He wanted to leave, but he couldn’t get these damned cuffs off of him.
I'm quite proud of Lucy's hand, but I do think I messed up a bit on the mark's position. Also, I'm not the best at drawing tape, I realized. I think this is the first time I've drawn it...
Will I share the colored version? Yeah, eventually.
You can read the fic on A03! I'll be updating with another side story to it, soon!!!
