The being behind the blog: hi, it’s nice to meet you, I go by Bug or Buggy, and I use they and it pronouns and bug and entity nouns. As you see when you click on my blog, I am a casual/self-taught artist and doodler who likes to make art of its favorite games. In addition to doodling and gaming, I collect and make plushies, I read a lot, I am on the autism spectrum, I am terrible at baking, I identify as otherkin, and I like to play and draw. Alright so..

This my personal headcanon but what if the Angel we see is meant to be a “Mothery figure.” To the soldiers?

Back where the Nurse asked Mophead about “Any attachments? Any connections?” “Nostalgia? Something maternal?”

This makes me wonder if the Angel that Mophead sees in the machine is looked at as a mother to the rest of the soldiers, meanwhile Mophead see the Angel figure as nightmarish.

The second Mophead denies theses feelings to the machine, the Nurse tried pushing the blame off the machine and try to make Mophead think the Machine isn’t the problem.

Do you think The Gaslight District will take over Digital Circus?

If "take over" is in terms of popularity or recognition, then that is only if we're treating them in the same level. The premises, tones, styles, audiences, teams, each of them are different in multiple aspects and it shouldn't be seen as some sort of competition. Both can be great shows. Though, the one thing that has never changed is the dedication of the creative teams behind these shows; the writers, the editors, animators, storyboard artists, composers, the VA's, etc. They are the ones who put their all for us to enjoy, and certainly deserve the support.

Now, if "take over" is in terms of what is in line of production, then yes. Gaslight District is the next show being worked on after Digital Circus.
