Ingredients: 1 litre de lait de soja non sucr. 2 cuillres soupe de yaourt au soja nature comme ferment. 2 cuillres soupe de sucre facultatif, pour sucrer les yaourts. 1 cuillre caf d'extrait de vanille facultatif, pour parfumer.
Instructions: Place the soy milk in a casserole and heat it over medium-low heat until it reaches about 43C. Turn off the heat and let it cool to room temperature until it reaches about 43C. In a bowl, mix the two cubes of yaourt au soja soup with a small amount of soy milk to make them liquid. Mix this well with the rest of the soy milk, and mix it well. If you want to sugar the yaourts, add the sugar and vanilla extract to the preparation and mix until the sugar is completely dissolved. You should put the preparations in the yaourt pots. For a hard fermentation time of 8 to 10 hours, depending on the consistency you want, light the yaourt and stir it. As soon as the fermentation is done, take the pots out of the yaourt and put them in the fridge for at least 4 hours before you serve them. You can decorate the yogurt parfaits with fresh fruits, honey, or granola before serving.
