Depression is like cancer. But worst.

Because its invisible to the naked eye…

You can’t see its symptoms

And when you do

Its already too late…

Depression is not only a sickness of the mind

It affects our soul the most…

And more than just a psychiatrist

There’s only one I know of who can heal our soul

He’s God. Our Creator. The One who made me & you.

We all go through some darkest time in our lives

At one point or the other, we all do. We all will.

And the important thing is how to get out of it.

When surrounded by darkness, the only way out

Is finding the Light. And there’s only One True Light.

So seek God. Seek Him with all your heart.

He is there, always been from the very start of starts.

We need to know His Love. It should start from within. Recognize that gentle inner voice whispering how much He loves you.

Seek Him.

Reach out to Him.

Hold onto His hand.

Let Him love you.

Before it gets fatal.

A spark of argument
