How to GENUINELY create an assumption without feeling like youโre lying to yourself/pretending/have to โconvinceโ yourself. How to actually accept your desire as TRUE.
Please, please understand that an assumption isn't forced or something you have to "try" to believe because it's just something you accept as true without question. You don't wake up every day wondering if you have a name, if the sky is blue or if gravity works. You just know with certainty. That's how conscious manifestation works. You decide something IS true and of course it reflects like every other assumption. You need to ACTUALLY assume you have something to get it please don't pretend or hope. A real assumption isn't forced, it's something you accept as fact without needing proof. If you say you assumed something but then claim it didn't happen you didn't actually assume it lol. You either doubted it, contradicted it or held another assumption alongside it. You assuming is NOT a technique and it's not something you "do" to get something.
The reason some people treat creating an assumption like it's a technique is because they think if they repeat it enough their mind will suddenly be tricked into believing it. That's NOT how an assumption works. An assumption is just accepting something as fact. If you're trying to "convince" yourself you're admitting you don't actually accept it as true. Come onโฆ your mind is not stupid. It knows when you're forcing something versus when you genuinely accept it as reality (assume it). You need to be so certain that questioning isn't even an option and idc if other people disagree because who questions an assumption? An assumption is something you accept as true without proof go search it up. You must stay firm. It's not hoping, testing or checking for results it's about knowing aka accepting it as a fact. When you truly assume something it becomes your reality instantly. Reality will always reflect your truth.
So how do you truly accept something as true? It's actually simple but people overlook because they think taking time to face what's holding them down will waste their time. It's better to find out why you're finding it difficult and address it instead of staying stuck in a loop forever.
You need to find out what is preventing you from accepting your own word as the truth. Why don't you trust your own word as a fact? If you tell yourself "I have my desire" but deep down you're doubting or waiting or looking for proof then ask yourself "why don't I trust myself?" What thoughts are making you second guess your own reality? Is it because you're treating the physical world as more real than your own assumptions? Is it because you think that the physical world is the reason why you think you don't have what you want, when in reality it's because you assumed it first for it to reflect? Did you forget that reality is a mirror of your assumptions? Could it be you're looking at your circumstances and saying ughhh this is what's happening instead of actually understanding that what's happening is just a reflection of what you have been assuming up until this moment? Or maybe you've placed your power outside of yourself right? You believe circumstances or external factors hold weight in your manifestation rather than realising that NOTHING is set in stone and the only thing dictating your reality is your current assumption right? Maybe you think you have to do something and this is far too simple?
Figure it out and actually just spend time with yourself to pin point where you are struggling. Stop running away from your problems and address the reason why you can't accept your word as the truth. Remind yourself of the basics of the Law if you need to.
Now ask yourself what are you ACTUALLY assuming? Look at you telling yourself "Oh I'm affirming for my SP" and that being reflected back: you affirming for your SP. Look at you treating the concept of "just decide" like another method or technique to get to your desire and that being reflected in your reality: you in the process of using "just decide" like a technique to manifest. See how perfect the Law is? It's reflecting exactly what you're assuming. You're seeing your assumptions play out exactly as they are because manifestation is always based on what you're ACTUALLY assuming. You're STILL giving options to reality when there are no optionsโฆ it's only what you say it is. As soon as you drop the debate you have with yourself in your mind and stop entertaining opposing thoughts you'll see how easy it is. You don't argue with yourself about basic facts of your life do you? You just accept them as true. That's exactly how you need to see your assumptions. Yes you need to be that certain and firm.
I PROMISE you the "key" everyone talks about to getting what you wantโฆ repeat with meโฆ is to decide once and for all that it's done and that's it. Just accept it as true. Please just say f*ck all and accept it as true. What will you lose? Just do it.

You donโt have to act like the 3D has changed
Yes, read that again and again and again. It is 100% true.
Youโre not meant to gaslight yourself and deny the 3D. You must accept thatโs how THAT reality will go and thatโs also NOT YOUR reality. Having a knowing of that creates disconnection between the old story and who you truly are. Not having a knowing of that and constantly worrying about it and fearing it makes you connected to your old story. Stop worrying about stuff (3D) that has nothing to do with you.
You have nothing to change but self. What I mean by that is change where your mind is at, not your thoughts. Your thoughts and mind are two different things/parts. As long as you change self it must externalize. There is nothing to change or create but your mind, youโre not creating nothing in the 3D because it is already done in your mind, only your mind matters nothing else.
Youโre not actually tired of manifesting, your brain has just been wired by society to believe that there are things that you canโt do.
What you need right now isnโt something as fickle as motivation, what you need is discipline. After all manifesting isnโt the hard part, the hard part is faith. The hard part is rewiring your thought process to the complete opposite of what weโve been brought up to believe since we were children.
When you master this, youโll realise how easy manifesting truly is, so until then, discipline yourself. Persist. Even if you believe that youโre tired of it, do it tired. After all you have the cheat code of life in your fingertips. So make the most of it.
Am I wrong?
Stop treating manifesting and law of assumption like a theory. If you assume they have a chance of not working or that itโs not guaranteed, thatโs just proof that it works 100% of the time in itself. Itโs a LAW for a reason.

Some logical things about the void state, brainwaves, etc
This isn't going to be formatted as well. I'm just throwing out information I keep getting asked about.
First of all, the void state is not a deep meditative state. You can use meditation to enter the void but it's not a meditative state because you're not aware of the 3d at all.
The void created your reality whether you like it or not but everything that happens to YOU was created by the pure consciousness. The reason your life was horrible is because you didn't know you could control it.
When you manifest with the void or in general, you have a few options. You can manifest literally anything and everything in THIS REALITY THAT IS YOUR CURRENT ORIGINAL REALITY, or you can shift. You get everything you want in this reality if that's what you want. If you wanna shift, you shift. You can script that nobody finds you weird but be careful and make sure you don't run into any trouble (you could just erase it even if you do so don't worry). You don't have to go anywhere. Nothing is impossible. Kind of the whole point of the void.
Alpha state is a state where you are still conscious but relaxed and not stressed out (unlike the beta state where you are stressed). Your thoughts flow freely in the alpha state and there is no restrictions caused by stress. You should always begin your meditation by getting into alpha state first because it makes going deeper in your mind even easier. It's also when you are focused on something for an extended period of time.
Theta state is a level deeper and it consists of reduced consciousness, lucid dreaming, REM sleep, etc. This is when we are about to go to sleep or wake up in our minds during dreams (lucid dreaming).
Now DELTA state is what babies and infants stay in when they're in the womb. It's a state where you lose bodily awareness and have access to your conscious mind. This is why so many get into the void with delta waves.
Alpha: So to induce each of these states, you have to meditate. But the levels of meditation are different. For Alpha State, you can use the distraction technique by @luckykiwiii101, follow the Nordic Witch meditation on youtube, or do the Silva method.
The silva Method is basically lying down and taking 3 deep breaths. On the first deep breath, imagine the number 3 and say it in your mind three times. Do the same for 2 and 1, breathing deeply each time. Afterwards, you count from 100 to 0. If you're not used to meditation, 100 to 0 should do it. But if you meditate constantly, you might need to do 100 to 0, then 50 to 0, then 25 to 0 to reach deeper levels of consciousness.
Theta: Theta waves is fairly easy. You need to stay still and allow your body to fall asleep. Take deep breaths and visualize a candle or an object in your mind (anything works great). Keep your focus on either your breathing or the object.
Delta: Delta waves can be induced by yoga nidra or transcendental meditation
Transcendental Meditation:ย Transcendental meditation is a type of meditation that involves repeating a mantra. This type of meditation is effective in reducing stress and anxiety levels.
Does that sound familiar? Yep, SATS requires a mantra or a looped visualization as well. Yoga Nidra also gets you into delta state. That's why it works. You visualize and hold this visualization as the last thing in your mind before you lose consciousness (waking consciousness that is).
So the point of all of this is that if you have not been able to induce pure consciousness despite trying the methods, it means your mind is overactive. I don't care if you fell asleep during a method. That just means your mind went from active (beta) or overactive (gamma) to Delta directly (because delta is induced when you sleep naturally).
Let's come back to the void. Like we discussed earlier, the void is not a meditative state. So why do meditative states lead you to the void? It's because meditation allows you to disconnect from your physical body and go deeper within your mind. The void is the purest state of consciousness. Each brainwave is a state of consciousness.
So the way to actually induce the void (a foolproof technique) is to not expect when you're doing the methods. Let me explain:
When you do any method, during it and after you're done and if you have not fallen asleep, you look for symptoms or signs. This brings your mind back to beta because you're questioning, searching etc.
When you stop expecting, you're letting your ego be put to rest. So the next time you do a method, if you feel that you're not stressed, move forward with any method and don't look for symptoms. But if you've been stressing out all day, do an alpha meditation first and then do anything else. The distraction technique is still technically SATS. You use the alpha state meditation to relax and then you visualize which puts you into theta, and eventually delta, then finally pure consciousness.
That's all I have right now.
2024 revised, 2025 dream life โก
We're going to be treating 2025 as a blank canvas, so have full faith that this is going to be the year where you finally get everything you want. For this challenge, revision will be the key. You will be revising the entire past year. You can even revise the years before that if you'd like. After revising, you will go into 2025 knowing that you are living your dream life and that this is going to be your year. (You can use this challenge for the void state too!)
Create a list of all your desires. You can do this on a Google Document, in your Notes App, wherever you want. You can even include pictures, or make a Pinterest Board. Many of you have already done this, but if you haven't yet, I definitely recommend that you do!
Choose a few affirmations that you will stick to. Some affirmations that you can use are:
I am living my dream life, I always have been.
I have already manifested my dream life, and I am currently living it.
I have already entered the void state, I enter every night, and I've manifested my desires long ago.
Feel free to make your own!
Listen to this subliminal and follow the directions below:
Take a few deep breaths and let yourself relax. Play the subliminal, close your eyes, and repeat your chosen affirmations in your mind. If you like to visualize, do that too. Now, when you repeat your affirmations and visualize, I want you to have full trust that these affirmations are true, the scenes that you are visualizing are real memories that belong to you, and this is the life you've always been living. Do this for however long makes you feel fulfilled. My recommendation is around 10 minutes, but feel free to continue for longer if you'd like! Once you are done, accept that the old story has now officially been revised.
That's it! It's done. The old story has been revised and all you have to do now is accept that and persist in that fact. Keep reminding yourself that IT IS DONE. You can't fall back to the old story now, because there literally is no old story, it's been revised! You are already someone who is living their dream life, you always enter the void every night because you always have, you manifest instantly because it's been a skill that you've always acquired. By accepting this, you will get your desires, you will enter the void, your dream life will be yours.

waking up in the void state mini challenge
Waking up in the void state is super easy and it requires zero effort. Read this success story, it's my favorite one on Tumblr regarding waking up in the void! Here is an easy mini challenge you can do to ensure that you wake up in the void state!
Set your intention. Intentions are the key to everything when manifesting. Intend that you will wake up in the void state and that it's a super easy thing for you to do. Even throughout the day, hold onto this intention and persist in it.

understanding the law thoroughly truly solves most if not all problems you might have regarding manifesting. with understanding i do not mean just reading neville and understanding what youโre reading. i mean understanding on a level where you can apply it and relate it to every aspect in your life. taking in these principles as the upmost truth you live by may take time, but just acknowledging them every day makes a lot of difference.
consciousness is the only reality

how would you feel if you were already the one you would like to be? this is the key question to ask yourself when praying (assuming). when you assume you stop desiring because you already have it. the key is to think from your desire not of your desire.

You will feel this being within you as your very self. You can speak of it as "thou" yet know it is "I." You will then have a thou/I relationship, and say to yourself: "Thank you, Father". being thankful every day will transform you. make it a habit. taking time to shift your focus inside every day will help you realise your potential. you are God. pray every day to Him knowing that He is you.

there is no need to search for the โhowโ. you do not have to make it so, it is so. you already have it. once you give it to yourself inside, it is yours. assume that it is done. your doubts, your concerns are that of the 3D mind. theyโre irrelevant, theyโre not important. suspend all reason because it belongs to the 3D and the 3D is irrelevant. assume you are that you wish to be; walk as though you were it; and as you remain faithful to your assumption - it will harden into fact. โhowโ that will happen is unknown. all you need to know is that it is already yours.

when you โlet goโ you accept it to be yours. when you โlet goโ you stop desiring because it already is yours. you do not have to cling on it because it is already yours and no one can take it from you. yes, it will appear. yes, you donโt have to worry about it.

time does NOT matter. there is nothing more left to do. if you know it is done and feel relief then so it is - done. it is yours. if you worry about time then you donโt feel it to be yours. accept it to be yours, youโre allowed to have it - youโre allowed to feel whatever you want inside of you.
consciousness is the only reality. therefore all you need to change is your consciousness. more specifically your self conceptions. and you do that through prayer aka assumption. you assume all the time. make your prayers conscious and say โthank youโ. it is the greatest prayer because you know your prayers are always heard and what is heard is answered.
take the time to truly understand these principles. remind yourself of these daily and you will notice yourself accepting your power more and more by each day.

void state challenge
Hi! I know I stopped posting on Tumblr, but I wanted to post this! I was having a conversation with @gorgeouslypink, and we were reminiscing about 2022 void/loa Tumblr when there were so many success stories because there were a lot challenges and methods, and there was overall just a very motivating and good atmosphere on loa Tumblr! Of course you donโt need a method or challenge, but they definitely are helpful and fun to follow! So for anyone who has been struggling with entering the void, I have a fun and easy challenge for you!
Practice deep breathing. The website linked has 10 different breathing exercises that are helpful for minimizing stress. Pick one that you like and do it until you feel calm and not so affected by your circumstances.
Listen to this audio either once or a few times. It's super helpful to clear your mind and it puts you in an ideal state for meditation. (Credit to @gorgeouslypink for finding the audio) It does have music though, so if that's distracting to you, here is a non-music alternative.
Do this meditation. If you look through the comments, you can see that this meditation has gotten a lot of people into the void state or into very deep/relaxed states!
Once the meditation ends, if you don't find yourself in the void, you should anyways be in a very relaxed state of mind. Remain in the position you are in with your eyes closed, as it is likely that you will fall into SATS, and just affirm for the void from there! Try not to force anything, just let yourself relax and fall into the void state.
Don't ever forget, you are the creator of your world! Now, have fun entering the void and getting your dream life! โก
