I had no idea how poorly I used my body until I started building muscle.

Everything I do is different now. I move almpst completely different than I did before and now I hardly use the chair's arm rests to prop my body up as I sit.

It's like I'm turning out of a puppet and into a person.

Weekly homemade soup keeps our spirits soaring high

This week, I made a dessert for a family dinner. It was so sweet I felt sick after a tiny bite!

This actually makes a lot of sense to me.

Minimalism, by my understanding, means having less. Thus having less of the tools you need to be self sufficient, making room for businesses to sell more of less useful items.

This is when lessons from old cartoons start playing in my mind.

For instance:

Put some string in a large spiral around you, tie it to a bell and hold the bell in the air with a forked stick. Any one steps on the string it should dingle the bell and alert you. If you want to be extra sure the bell will ring, use sticks to hold the string up like a tripwire.
