colleagues and i saw that this tea house started selling ramen on their menu, and the soup is cooked with tea leaves, so we decided to give it a try. i ordered the pork belly option.

the soup is very light and has a refreshing taste instead of being thick and flavorful. noodles are alright with a slight bouncy texture, not too thick. the chili paste is very fragrant and goes well with the plain soup and noodles. pork belly was okay.

this would be something healthy and simple, and perfect if you are looking for a light meal. and the restaurant ambiance is pretty chilled too since it is a tea house.
