having trauma feels so cringe sometimes like ohhhh look at me look at me my mom was mean when I was little and it's going to continue to affect me and all my relationships for the rest of my life. I'm gonna be sick
yes i love idle chatter about weather and food and routines and likes and dislikes and small things and idle chatter that opens up and allows for the sharing of bigger things and heart felt things and then goes back to small things and what are you doing tomorrow and this has been nice talk soon. communication doesn’t always have to be a deep thing sometimes it’s just nice to hear a voice and respond to it :-)
