If I was writing baby bump, I would have set it up COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.

MC is living with their partner, either male or female. MC desperately wants to be pregnant, and is either trying to conceive via surrogate/implantation or by having sex. MC becomes pregnant, but quickly figures out that being pregnant is putting a strain on her relationship. Will she stay with her partner, or pick another LI?
