“There is no privacy between you & Allah. From above the 7 Heavens, He knows what is in your heart before it is in your heart.“
It’s taken me the longest time to realise that whether you are alive or dead, material possessions will never truly give you what your heart really needs, and nor will they come with you to your grave once you have passed away. The only thing that will occupy our thoughts and the only thing of value is our deeds and whether we will have a door to Jannah or a door to hell open for us. Nothing more, nothing less.
Haraam
-Temporary joy that ends bad, displeases Allaah and will be a means of you being punished for it.
Halaal
-Eternal joy that ends well/is everlasting, pleases Allaah and you are rewarded for it.
Don’t have to be a genius to know which path to take.
Jannah is our goal.
‘A temporary world can not provide you with eternal bliss’

Giveaway!
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
Back with another giveaway. This book is really needed in a time where listening to music has becoming something so normal and a lot of us don’t know how dangerous this can be. It effects our Imaan and our hearts. So I think it’s more than appropriate to do a giveaway with this book.
The title of the book is ‘The evils of Music’ and it’s written by shaykh Ibn al Qayyīm رحمه الله.
To enter the giveaway all you have to do is reblog this post and follow my account. The winner will be announced on the 15th of January 2018 إن شاء الله.
*Also, this giveaway is international so everyone can enter.
May Allaah increase us in beneficial knowledge and protect all of us.
Whoever has many sins and wants Allaah to remove these sins from him without burdening himself, then let him seize this opportunity and remain seated in his place after the prayer, so that he may take advantage of the du'a’s from the angels and their asking forgiveness for him.
Ibn Battal, Sharh Saheeh Bukhari (v. 3, p. 114)
من صدَق في ترك شهوة أذهبها الله من قلبه، والله أكرم من أن يُعذب قلباً بشهوة تركت لإجله. Whoever leaves a desire for Allah’s sake with sincerity, Allah will remove the desire from his heart, for Allah is more Gracious than letting someone suffer from a desire he has abandoned for His sake.
(via hassan-ibn-abdul-qadir)
The comfort of the body is in eating little food, the comfort of the soul is in having little sins and the comfort of the tongue is in speaking a little.
— Ibn Al Qayyim| Zaad al-Ma’aad 4/186
Always remember that Jannah is our goal, it’s our true destination and this Dunyā is literally nothing in the eyes of Allāh. Sometimes we go through heartbreak and sadness because Allāh doesn’t want us to get attached to this pointless Dunyā in which we get easily sucked into. He wants us to realise that true happiness isn’t found here. No matter what you have, this world was designed to break your heart and if it wasn’t for the trials and tests that He bestowed upon us, we would’ve arrived bankrupt on the Day of Judgement. So seek help through patience and prayer for nothing else will aid you in the midst of your pain and struggles. And Allāh loves who are patient.
The beauty of the Niqab or hijab will never be understood by those whose eyes have been poisoned by lusting at naked women.
Life Hacks: Tahajud prayer duaas literally get answered the SAME day. If you’re going through heart break, or something that’s causing you pain. Wake up 20 minutes before Fajr athan, pray two to four rak3aat, and in your sujood cry your heart out. My father told me to pray for the coolness of the heart. Wallahi you will see a difference that same day. If you do it sincerely, and you genuinely don’t see a difference, I’ll give you my address so you can come slap me for wasting your time.
Just because you did something wrong in the past doesn’t mean you can’t advocate against it now. It doesn’t make you a hypocrite. You just grew. Don’t let people use your past to invalidate your current mindset.
If your future scares you and your past still hurts you, then remember Allah who will never fail you.
Do not delay asking for forgiveness. Every night before you sleep, ask for forgiveness from Allah. Because the second you close your eyes, your soul departs your body. But its return is never guaranteed.
The most dignified you’ll ever feel is during the night prayer.
The world is asleep. And you’re awake. And you’re standing before God with all of your problems. All of your prayers. All of your aspirations. All of your hopes.
And you feel so independent, ironically enough, when you depend on Him. Like no one and no thing can harm you in any way. Nothing can stand in front of you. All of the problems in your life feel simple all of a sudden. All of that overthinking is reduced to a murmur. And you’re truly reminded that Allah, your creator, is on your side. And has always been.
And that’s because you didn’t wake yourself up to pray. It wasn’t due to your high level of faith or knowledge. It’s not because of your good deeds, and could very well be despite them. It’s because your Lord chose for you to be awake, and to be before Him. You, a speck in this universe, a tiny particle in comparison to all of His creations. He calls to you.

Thoughts on music?
People don’t take it serious enough and some know its haram and they still listen. No one talks about how destructive it is to ones heart and mind. Listening to it is like committing zina from the ears or even listening to audio pornography. Don’t @, these are facts. They sing and rap about immoral stuff and beautify it with a beat. Especially music now because like all haram things it worsens with time with these themes of drugs, sex and money. And sometimes even shirk. These are things we are warned about in the Quran and sunnah but are promoted in music. As far as nasheed and stuff, scholars have different opinions and even that is getting worse with the need to mimic regular music. Allah knows best.
Please save your ears from testifying against you in the day of judgement, music ain’t worth it. Music is the athan for shaytan and he will be sure to be everywhere music is being played. Think about where music originated. To mislead people and distract them from hearing divine words. The Quraish would have suitors come and dance to music so the men can be distracted from the revelations. It has the same effect on us today.
Is the Quran not enough? People really choose the words of the creation of the words of Creator?
Some might see this as a minor haram but small rocks build mountains and before you know it it don’t phase you and your body doesn’t reject it. Thats when your heart has hardened but with the Rahma of Allah SWT it is reversible InshaaAllah. As far as my personal thoughts, music is actually annoying especially when it’s everywhere. Even in restaurants, schools, tv shows. Literally no one is free from it. Plus a lot of it is repetitive and not even that deep. Try reading the lyrics with out the instrumental you’re actually gonna lose brain cells. Plus with all these Snapchat stories try playing them with out volume and people look ridiculous (it’s quite funny).
It does take a while to get rid of a habit but start by having the intention then start deleting your playlists and discontinue your subscriptions.
One tip I would give is listen to different qaris recitations. This helps a lot. If you want you can also start listening to nasheed as an alternative but definitely start somewhere. It’s not good at all and giving it up will give you a million reasons not to go back. May Allah SWT safe guard us and forgive us.
