autumn time

Each morning I grab my freshly brewed cup of coffee and sit on my porch in sunny California and I open Tumblr. Tumblr allows me to escape to my favorite season. It allows me to reminisce on memories of cold crisp air, crunchy leaves on the ground, sweater weather, a big cozy blanket with a fire in the fireplace, and having my favorite shows on. In the fall I watch friends and Gilmore girls like it's my job! I love Autumn. I love what it represents, and its smells. I love that no matter what is going on in your world autumn time allows you to escape your thoughts and bring you to where you are at that moment. It allows you to connect with the earth and yourself. 

  Then there is Halloween. Movies, candy, and dressing up into whatever character your soul is seeking that year.  I love dressing up and being goofy about it. I like seeing all the different costumes, and all the different ways people express themselves.

Legacy

   Good Morning and Happy Monday🥳 I have a question for everyone. As I was reading Oprah Winfreys Book, The Path Made Clear.  Oprah asked many questions that made me think about myself, and what I want out of life. The Big one is what do I want my Legacy to be. Every morning I wake up and I ask myself this question. I ask myself if I stay on the path I am on right now, am I a few steps closer to that legacy? This is such a strong question, and I love it! So, I ask you the same question. What do you want your Legacy to be?

Happy Thursday

Happy Thursday everyone! I hope everyone has a wonderful day, and remember you matter. This is your life, your story. Take everyday as it comes, and enjoy every moment of it. Life is so precious. I am drinking coffee on my balcony watching the sunrise before work as I scroll through my Tumblr feed. I specifically wake up at 4am to watch the today show while I drink my at home Panera coffee in my extra big mug☺️. This is my self care and self love moment. This is the moment I take for myself before I tackle on the day. My morning routine, and all of the fall, winter, and health and wellness post make me smile. This smile last all day and into the night, so I thank each and everyone of you.

These books, guys… holy crap, these books! What a friggin wild ride from start to finish!

I absolutely recommend this series to ANYONE who is a fan of Halloween, and especially if you love “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow.” These books have it ALL:

Halloween vibes and aesthetics, a beautiful, well painted backdrop, history, folklore, mystery, suspense (SO MUCH SUSPENSE,) gay and straight romance, ghosts, villains and heroes that are so three-demensional and flushed out. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll scream in anger and horror…

These. Books. Are. Fucking. Amazing!
