Woke up to my dr mother singing to me… it felt like I was being wrapped in a warm blanket but it faded when I finally fully opened my eyes and then I realised what happened
People that say shit like this deserve to get blocked by the whole community:
This is a insane take. It's not funny. It's not cute. You're insensitive and privileged and mean, mean as fuck.
Oh yeah, let's just tell people getting into loa that everything bad that has ever happened to them it's their fault. That sounds like a great idea!
Did a loved one die? Your fault.
Are your parents abusive? Your fault.
Did you ever get *****? Your fault.
Honestly, as a psychology student (or just a decent human being), this pisses me off. You have no idea what shit like this can do to someone, what damage you could cause, how many people you could hurt. Shame on you, really.

doing the dishes…
pretending I’m doing the dishes in my dr
I feel like my fyp is being filled with harmful Loa shifting takes and advice that’s just straight up wrong and contradicting. Nothing can stop you or hold you back from shifting/manifesting so i’m gonna do this as a reminder for myself and anyone else struggling that may see this
🌷You can be desperate and Still shift
🌷You can be in a negative headspace and still shift
🌷You can roll over mid method and still shift
🌷You can feel depressed and unmotivated and still shift
🌷You can have trouble fully believing in Shifting and still Shift
🌷You do not have to force yourself to ignore your current circumstances and emotions to Shift especially if you are dealing with disabilities, chronic illnesses, Abusive households etc
🌷Remind yourself that you can shift in any mindset because you can shifting is inevitable and nothing can hold you back from shifting
The most helpful Shifting advice you could ever give is to tell people to remind themselves that they can shift no matter what emotional state they are experiencing Whether that’s sadness, anger, desperation, demotivation, lack of confidence etc
I see a lot of Loa shifters on here spreading that certain negative emotional states can hold them back from shifting as well as trying to attach reasons as to why people haven’t shifted yet and it’s so contradictive harmful and limiting
The way I see it that’s just creating the assumption in people’s minds that if they are feeling desperate, unmotivated or any type of negative emotion then it’s gonna hold them back from shifting and they’re not gonna shift and that’s just gonna cause spiraling and cause people to surpress their negative emotions instead of acknowledging them and reminding themselves that it has no affect on their ability to shift
Law of Assumption can be a helpful tool to shift but i feel like a lot of law of assumption advice being given on here is just straight up contradictive harmful and actually over complicating things and it doesn’t keep people in mind who are dealing with sicknesses disabilities and depressing circumstances in this reality
The point of Law of assumption is that your assumptions create your reality so why would you want to instill the assumption in people or even yourself that natural human emotions/reactions can hold you back from shifting rather than the assumption that you can shift in any state and nothing can affect your ability to shift
But that’s just my opinion 🫡
Happy Shifting nothing can hold you back
Sleeping without dreaming: Unconscious void state
Dreaming in a sleep: Unconscious shifting.
Shifting: Making the unconscious conscious, taking control of your subconscious.
At least that’s what I believe now and make sense to me.
average day in my better cr
because bad people or things don’t exist
I love you regressors who have little to no privacy at home.
Everyone who has lived under cameras and constant surveillance.
Everyone who feels like their room isn't truly "theirs" because people keep barging in unannounced.
Everyone who can't shut the door without getting yelled at.
Everyone who flinches at the sound of footsteps in the hallway.
It's okay. I know how much it hurts, and no matter what anyone says, you're not selfish for wanting a place to feel safe. You deserve better conditions than this.
Imagine
Falling asleep with your caregiver rocking you gently “shh it’s okay baby mama/papa has you” as a fan gently hums in the background. Nothing can hurt you when you’re with your caregiver. “It’s been a long day you can rest now” is all you hear before you fall asleep.
Sometimes all I want is someone to look at me and say "no one should ever have to go through what you went through. I can't belive so many people cared so little that that happened" and scoop me up in their arms and give me milk and let me be so soft it makes up for all the moments I couldn't be
need someone to gently rock me while reading me a bedtime story until I fall asleep

HOLOTROPIC BREATHWORK
"Holotropic Breathwork is a therapeutic breathing technique that uses rapid, controlled breathing and music to create an altered state of consciousness."
The process bypasses your analytical mind and taps into the subconscious, often bringing up suppressed emotions, vivid imagery, or even spiritual insights. It’s often used for self-discovery, emotional healing, and connecting more deeply with your inner self.
HYPNAGOGIC + HYPNOPOMPIC HALLUCINATIONS
Hypnagogia and Hypnopompia are transitional states of consciousness that occur during the process of falling asleep and waking up, respectively.
Hypnagogia is experienced as you are falling asleep. It often happens when you’re extremely tired or sleep-deprived, such as after staying up late or napping during the day. In this state, you may not fully fall asleep but instead enter a semi-conscious phase. During hypnagogia, people can feel as though they’re “dreaming while awake.”
Hypnopompia, on the other hand, happens as you are waking up. You might not fully regain consciousness and instead linger in a dream-like state. In this phase, you may feel as though you are simultaneously awake and dreaming, struggling to differentiate between the two. Similarly, people can feel as though they're "awake while dreaming."
These may involve visual, auditory, or tactile hallucinations, and sometimes even a sensation similar to sleep paralysis. Both phenomena occur because the brain is transitioning between wakefulness and sleep, creating a blend of conscious awareness and dream-like perceptions. While they can feel disorienting, these experiences are a natural part of how our brain processes the sleep cycle.
Routine combining both methods:
Step 1: Get Comfortable
Lie down (preferably) in a quiet, dimly lit space where you won’t be disturbed.
Close your eyes and relax your body.
Step 2: Breathwork to Relax (2-5 minutes)
Breathe in deeply through your nose for 2 seconds.
Exhale out through your mouth with a gentle "ha" sound.
Repeat this rhythm, focusing on how your body feels lighter and more relaxed with each breath.
Step 3: Focus on the Darkness
Let your breathing return to normal.
Shift your attention to the darkness behind your eyelids.
If you see shapes, colors, or feel sensations, let them happen naturally.
Step 4: Affirm and Intend
Silently or softly affirm your intention:
“I am pure consciousness.”
“I am shifting now.”
Stay calm and trust the process as you drift deeper into the void or shifting state.
Step 5: Let Go
Allow yourself to fully relax, knowing that you’re transitioning.
If you feel close to the void or shifting, focus on staying calm and open.
