Today we will be talking about tortures and tips for Transprogrammers. Bad helped make this post. Spiritually and Alter wise. Techno helped too. He’s making me add this.
Hello and welcome back. I welcome any one of any origin and I’m looking to help those in transition to transprogrammed. You may also take tips as a transprogrammer. You may notice this is a different account from the last post. We made separate accounts as 'alters', and this is mine.
I will admit my memory fogs up when talking about this topic, so expect delays at certain times if you’re asking questions. I am not a professional, just a freak. Corrections and help appreciated. Side note, I format my text in a way for people with short attention spans. Let me know if it works.
I’m going to assume you at the very least are aware of what programming is. With that being said, let’s talk about different kinds of tortures.
PHYSICAL : Blindfolding and stripping of clothes. Hanging by the hands. Hanging by the feet upside down. Beating with sticks and electrical wires. Whipping and beating with sticks and twisted rubber belts. Forcing the subject to stand naked for long periods of time. Pouring cold water on the subject's head. Putting out lighted cigarettes on the subject's skin. Shocking with an electrical current. Kicking and punching. Attacking the subject with vicious dogs. Making the subject sit on a stake. Throwing in a septic tank. Pulling out the nails and hair. Dragging. Tying the hands and feet from behind. Utilizing sharp objects, such as a pocket knife or piece of glass. Sleeping on a bare floor without a cover and flooding the cell with sewer water. Standing on toes and against a wall pressing with the fingers for long hours. The subject may be denied sleep, food, drink, and medicine.
PSYCHOLOGICAL : Russian roulette. Firing blanks. Beating in darkness. Blindfolding. Staring at white perforated wall in small cubicle. Use of amphetamine drugs. Isolating the subject socially, cutting him off from public life, placing him in solitary confinement, and denying them news and information in order to make him feel lonely. Forbidding calling by name, giving the subject a number, and calling them by that number in order to defeat his morale. Threatening to summon their sister, brother, father, mother, or children and rape them. Threatening to rape the subject. Threatening to confiscate their possessions and to have them fired from their employment. Threatening to cause a permanent physical disability or life imprisonment. Offer the subject certain enticements (apartment, car, passport, scholarship, etc.). Controlling everything the subject does, even in private, whether they are awake or asleep, to convince the subject that the programmer is in charge. Force them to bow their head and look down while talking with the handler/programmer. A sound machine used to produce a constant hiss of 'white noise'. The hell confinement: use a device that includes a pair of handcuffs and a pair of foot shackles, both of which are linked to a steel rod. The rod presses against the subject's back, making it almost impossible to walk, sit, use the toilet, or feed themselves. Tucker telephone: The device works by placing a ground wire around the big toe of the subject while fastening the hot wire, to the subject's genitals. The telephone, which has been tailored to send electric shock is called, sending an electric current to the genitals. The strappado: also known as Palestinian Hanging, a subject is hung by their arms, which are fastened behind their head, causing the arms to be slowly pulled from the shoulder sockets by the weight of the body. When the subject becomes tired they cannot hold themselves upright, their bodies fall forward and their breathing is impaired. Cold Cell: the subject is placed in front of an air conditioner unit for hours, or days. The subject may be soaked in water first to enhance the tactic.
These are only some, but enough to get ideas flowing, no? I added more psychological because I think there Isn’t enough resources on that part.
As for drug use, I could name several drugs that are used in programming. But I won’t. Don’t dabble if you don’t understand the risk.
Now that you have different torture methods, I’m going to tell you a secret…
Programming is simpler than you think, yet still just as complex.
What do I mean by that? I mean that even if you don’t have the intentions to program someone, they can still come out that way. Programming is about instilling a behavior and belief. There’s no ‘right’ way to program somebody. That doesn’t mean you can be sloppy, so here’s my opinions.
What to do. How to act.
You have to have the mindset and belief that you are in control. You call the shots. If your subject can sway your decisions with their emotions, like say acting a brat and snapping your composure, you might not get the results you want in the long run.
Why do you want to program someone? Is it for the feeling it gives you, being able to have someone on their knees at your command— The control? Or maybe It’s just genuine curiosity. Or you’re a pervert. Any reason is fine, but try and think about it.
You want to stay composed. Beating without reason is for amateurs. If you were upset with your puppy for peeing on the carpet, would you redirect the behavior into the way you want it to act, or would you scold it with no explanation? I think the problem with most Transprogrammers is that kink gets in the way a lot. Which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but remember programming is so much more than that.
You want your subject to fear you to the point it dissolves into mindless obedience. Your subject shouldn’t question you, nor should they challenge you by the time you’re done with them. A lot of sloppy programming can result in challenging.
Adding a divider because I want to talk about programs specifically. Behavior is one thing, but you should have a layout of what you want from your subject. This means cues, scripts, behaviors, all that. I’ve seen programmers who get greedy and instill more than they have to, resulting in a broken pet. That’s not what we want.
For the sake of examples, let’s talk about dog or.. canine? programming.
You want the subject to believe they are a dog. There is no question to this, they are your pet and you are their handler.
Lay out key phrases. Like ‘STOP’ or ‘BITE’. I can give specific examples if needed for a general layout, just ask.
There’s more than one type of dog. What kind do you want? A police dog who works alongside you and follows commands issued? Or maybe an innocent lap dog, taught to be compliant and obedient, always loving and oblivious? You don’t have to limit yourself to one version, that’s the beauty of being able to have your subject switch between them.
When you’re starting out, I suggest focusing on one program. Flesh it out, kind of like a BAH (Build-a-Headmate) if that makes understanding it any easier.
Finally, my somewhat in depth example. This is all just rambling.. so I don’t really care whether you want my experience or not.
As an Internal Handler, I have been designed to keep our already established programs instilled. I like to make my subject think they are in control of the situation. Like with (Redacted Alter), I started out by becoming someone she could trust. Slipped little seeds of influence into her mind. I was her friend, an influential figure. She had no reason not to trust me.
In our headspace, most of our inner programming is non-consensual. This doesn’t mean programming has to be non-consensual. The whole reason I make these are for consenting parties (though if you use the information for evil, who am I to play god. Just don’t tell me about it.)
So in the eyes of a consensual party, I suggest keeping your information to yourself. Don’t start beating the shit out of your subject right off the bat, impatient ass. You want to establish a connection so it isn’t just a stranger going ‘on your knees kitty’ and the subject pointing at themselves in confusion.
Also a side note, but having multiple perspectives can help in programming. This is why groups or cults typically program others. If you have a friend that you wanna work on your subject with, I encourage it.

Transharmful culture is gentle coercion. Get in their personal space with hugs, collect traumas by letting them vent, 'goodnight' and 'good morning' texts to make your words the first and last things they see everyday. I love you, I'd never hurt you (but even if I did you'd never know).
