I NEED HELP!!!

to my fellow donor conceived people, i'm a bit stuck on how i can make further progress. i have an ancestry membership & a dna test in the system. i have found cousins (not sure which side they're from) and i set up a family tree from my mom's side so that people can see if they recognize family members. I've reached out to about 6 people and 2 have answered. the 2 who answered didn't recognize my mom's family names but i haven't had much contact with them after that. i'm just a bit stuck and feeling hopeless. should i contact the cryogenic center and ask if they can provide any help or advice? should i just wait for cousins to respond? pls message me with advice!!!
