Lunch break sadness

Here I am sitting at lunch isolating myself as per usual. All I can think about is how sad I feel and I don't know how to get out of this funk. I feel like people can see it and they are treating me differently. I just want to get lost in my music today. I wish I was home with my dog. He always makes me happy but instead I am going to see the nutritionist and a spin class. I feel like its going to make me worst because I have been bingeing non stop on sweets. I have a serious food addiction that I don't want to address yet so I ignore it and eat anyway. I once knew someone who would always say "trust your limits and ignore them". That's me when it comes to food, I know I am full but I ignore it and continue to eat. It's time to go back to work, I hope I can get through today.
