The witch’s eyes glance to where he held and she stepped forward. She didn’t wish to startle the man, nor did she wish to have him leave her. Not while he was injured. “You must let me look, quickly inside please.” her eyes were filled with concern. “I’m no doctor… but i have seen my fair share of injuries.”
She ushered the man inside, nodding to a rocking chair in the corner of the room. “I can… check for that. I have an oil mixture that can… draw things out. But it will sting.” She reached into ehr draws quickly for her full moon supplies. “Trust me, it’s a family secret.”
“I don’t know.” Vega began, with his usual hesitancy and excuses lined up. So many things he just wished he could take care of on his own, despite how hard headed a notion that was. But Miss Thomas spoke assuredly and he let her show him into the shop.
“Trust...” He said, taking a little while to agree to it. If it had been magic that caused this annoyance, it was hard to want to rely on magic to get it to stop. Again, him being stubborn, so he sighed.
“Stinging will be more agreeable than whatever this has been doing for the past months.” He grumbled, beginning to pull on his shirt. He tore the thin bloody bandage up to reveal the shoddy sutures he’d used on the long cut. The area around the cut was still bruised it all looked relatively fresh with minimal scabbing. Just looking at it caused him to acknowledge the annoying throbbing it caused.
