ive been drawing half the night for the second day in a row, and its currently 5 AM as im writing this post.

ive been gone for quite a while because of the damn university, a mountain of overdue assignments, zero motivation, zero energy, and that lovely feeling of losing interest in things that used to bring me joy. im still working through those assignments, so unfortunately there wont be any regular posting for now.

first - lately ive noticed that i enjoy drawing traditionally more than digitally. its much harder than digital art, where you can basically change anything at any stage of the process, but... i dont know. ive just been feeling more drawn to paper recently.

second - ifinally finished watching "our flag means death', and it hit me hard. really hard, if im being honest. it also pushed me into even more reflection than i was already doing before. if i have the energy, id like to draw more fanart for it.

im still really sad about izzy's death, and i also find some reflection of myself in blackbeard. i dont know. maybe someday ill write a proper post about it if i have the energy and if the thoughts feel worth sharing.
