Sometimes when I eat something icky or that I don’t like, I have the thought that ‘nobody has ever died from eating this, it’s not that bad’ in a dramatic ‘you’ll survive this’ way and it’s weirdly comforting.
Now I’m finding it comforting to apply that thinking to a break up.
No one has ever died from a break up, it sucks, it’s painful and feels AWFUL but I will survive it.
