I decided to try it from a different angle. Instead of ‘I’ I’m doing it as ‘you’.
"Please Rachel?" JC asked you, pouting his lip out. “You said it yourself! You don’t want to school today! So let’s go have fun!"
"JC! I really don’t know if I can! If any of my college professors were to find out…" You replied.
"Just say you are sick! I really just want to get away! Even if it is only for a day, we should go!" He pleaded
"Fine! We will go. Where do you even want to go?" You asked.
"Wherever the car takes us, I suppose!"
After packing, you and JC got in the car and drove for miles.
After traveling for a long while and seeing nothing, a small little motel came into view. By then, it was getting late and JC was tired of driving. You walked into the motel and a short, bald man was at the front desk.
"Hello there!" He said in a rough voice. “Are you here for a room?"
"Uh, yeah, I guess we are!" JC said, smiling.
"Alright, how many nights?"
JC looked at you and almost started to say something.
"One night." You said to the man.
JC filled out the payment information and you two were shown to your room. In the room there was one queen size bed, a door to the bathroom, a cute little sofa in the corner, and a TV across from the bed. The man put your bags down next to the bathroom door and handed the room key to JC.
"Enjoy your stay." He said.
"We will." JC replied, and shut the door.
The two of you layed down on the bed, already tired from the long drive.
"JC, thank you for bringing us here. I have already had fun."
"Good, that’s what I’m here for!" He laughed.
"And I’m glad you are here, with me. I love you, JC." You said, turning your head to look at him.
"I love you too Rachel, very much." He smiled, and kissed you sweetly. “I always will."
