Maybe I have talked about this before, I’m not sure. But I wanna talk about usage of the word Jagi in SFH.
Jagiya means Honey, Darling, Sweetheart etc. more casually Babe. It’s often used in romantic exchange between people who are dating each other. This term is also used between close friends or best friends. Especially women best friends. Women besties often call each other “Jagi” as a term of endearment. This is something that can be used as a term of endearment between couples and besties both, depending on tone of the speakers
However Jagi (not the word Jagiya) has another meaning. Literal dictionary meaning shows it means oneself, self, myself, as one etc. Other loose meanings also exist depending on context and who’s speaking (Hangul is a very context oriented language ) .
In the webtoon Yeongsam calls mostly Jagiya (if I’m not mistaking) but in the series, Moon Jo uses the term Jagi, a lot. When talking to Jung Woo, he calls him Jagi like every 10 seconds. In the webtoon, it’s not that frequent but Yeongsam also uses it quite a bit. I think this was done intentionally. Director Lee Chang Hee is very well known for his playing with nuances and languages.
Taken literally, Jagi means Darling. But most things in Strangers From Hell are not always literal. Pretty much everything in this series carries hidden meanings. I think the usage of the word Jagi wasn’t only meant as an endearment or as Honey. It was also used to show how Moon Jo sees Jung Woo. Moon Jo sees himself in Jung Woo or he sees himself and Jung Woo as one (literal grammatical meaning). Which is also very intimate ngl. I think that was a big part of Moon Jo using Jagi so frequently in the series. It wasn’t just romantic or endearing. I love SFH’s writer, screenwriter and director so much 🖤🖤🖤

so to answer both of your asks, this how manifestation works:
CHOOSING: what is it that you want? what are your desires? do you have all of them in mind right now? yes? ok good
HOW TO: now that you know what you want all you have to do is say “it is done”. this is one of my favourite affirmations, because it just sums everything up. it’s called an “umbrella” affirmation.
BELIEF & FAITH: these two play the biggest role when it comes to manifesting. now that you decided what it is that you want, CONGRATULATIONS! you manifested your dream life! isn’t that great? of course. now, i know this may sound insane, but no. this is how manifestation works. you ASSUME you have something (could be anything possible ever) and from that moment on you HAVE IT. all you have to do right now is BELIEVE in yourself, because there’s no reason for you to doubt that you actually manifested your desires.
HOW TO BELIEVE: you simply have to live in imagination. what does this mean tho? this simply means that, whenever the thought of your desire(s) comes up in your head, you think to yourself “yup, this is mine. i have it” (BELIEVING IN YOURSELF). what this does NOT mean is that you have to constantly think about your desires! because guess what, if you already had your desire(s), you wouldn’t constantly stress over them and overthink if you had them. here’s a great analogy:
you have a name, right? of course you do. you KNOW (believe) that you have a name, because you just do. but let me ask you this: do you constantly have to remind yourself that you have a name? no, you don’t, because you’re sure that you have one.
the same thing works for your desires. you KNOW (believe) you have them because you decided so! if you just know (have faith in yourself= aka believe) that you have xyz, you don’t stress it out.
at first, you may feel as if you’re forcing yourself to believe that you have something that you can’t physically see. this is why PERSISTING in the knowing that you have what you desire is important.
LIVING IN IMAGINATION: again, this simply means that you BELIEVE in yourself and trust it when it comes to your desires. NOTE: it’s not your thoughts that manifest, but what you BELIEVE in. let me put it this way:
the human mind can reach up to 70,000 thoughts per day. that’s a lot. does that mean that you now have to worry that every single thing that you think is going to manifest? hell no to the no no.
i used the same analogy on this post of mine, which i think explains this better: imagine you’re listening to music and you suddenly get the thought that you’re going to get hit by a car. that’s called an intrusive or negative thought. does that now mean that you’re ACTUALLY going to get hit by a car? no lmfao. you might panic and say “why am i thinking this?” but don’t worry. intrusive thoughts are completely normal. if you DON’T BELIEVE you’re going to get hit by a car, then you just aren’t going to!
PERSISTING: when in your mind, you know that you have what you want. you believe in it, because you can’t not believe in it. you have faith in yourself because you ARE SURE your desires are yours. now PERSIST in that knowing, not because “the 3d has yet to have shown me my desires” but because “my desires exist in my mind (your ONLY true reality) and that’s on period”.
SUMMARY: all the steps
- CHOOSE your desires. got everything in mind? great! you can script your desires down if you want, but it’s NOT needed.
- TELL YOURSELF THAT “it is done”. or use any other affirmation, it doesn’t matter! CONGRATS, YOU MANIFESTED YOUR DESIRES BAE.
- BELIEVE & HAVE FAITH in yourself. you have what you want, you don’t have to worry about anything else. you get an intrusive thought? who cares. thoughts don’t manifest, what you BELIEVE in does. what you KNOW exists, just does.
- PERSIST because nothing can get in the way of your manifestation and you! not the 3d, not negative thoughts, not your feelings, not anything. so let loose and go about your day how you normally would.

how to maintain the state of the wish fulfilled:
guess what? it’s not something that you can always jump right into. and by jumping i mean, HAVING FAITH in the knowing (=know that your wishes/desires have been fulfilled aka manifested).
it’s a natural feeling that comes from within you. sometimes i didn’t feel as if i had my desires, but that didn’t stop me from manifesting my desires. because, the second I ASSUMED & ACCEPTED my desires as fact, they manifested. in my 4d, they existed.
your desires don’t just run away and come back. they’re always there. if you don’t FEEL like they’re there, it doesn’t mean that they’ll magically disappear.
tapping into the state of the wish fulfilled is something that you naturally do with PRACTICE. practice=persisting. so whenever you have those outbursts of confidence (=are positive, don’t let negative thoughts affect you, believe in yourself), take in the feeling. take a moment to relax and feel yourself drown in your imagination. look at your desires as if you’re holding them with your hands.
when you’ll feel low or insecure and will let your negative thoughts overtake your beliefs and confidence, try to mimic the feeling you experienced when you were once confident. music is a great help! and see how fast you’ll get back into the “confident state” (=wish fulfilled) where you’re chilling and believing in yourself.
that’s how i personally like to do it and think of it.
reminder that you’re not manifesting to see, sense, hear or touch your desires. you’re manifesting to change yourself, to understand that you’re the only reliable source when it comes to creating your reality. you’re not affirming, visualising, scripting to get something, to see concrete evidence. you are doing it to change the inner man, aka yourself. the “I”, the god, the creator, you name it however you desire. change is internal first, then it solidifies. the materialisation couldn’t exist without the imagination first, that’s why it’s important to shift your focus on that rather than the physicality of your desires. change is instant, inevitable and internal. everything else, being parts of the “I”, unfolds afterwards. it could be a second, a day, a week, a year, it doesn’t matter. don’t get discouraged because you can’t see it or touch it immediately. live in the belief, in the confidence that it already exists, because your mind created it. you craft the assumption in your imagination, you experience it in the mind, you reassure yourself that everything is where it’s meant to be and it shows up. but you ought not to worry about when, where, how you’ll have the 3d experience of it; you will, but you should not put your focus on it.
Hi! As I promised, here’s my method post (the one that also made my friend shift to her DR on her very first try, proud mom mode on). Actually, I was planning to wait until I made it perfect, but it doesn’t seem like that’s gonna happen anytime soon.. (Also even though it did not satisfy me aesthetically, I am sharing it today because the important thing is the content) so if I ever notice something I forgot to add or decide to change later, I’ll just edit the post.
It’s gonna be a long one, so I’ll try to divide it into sections (red ones), you can skip directly to the part you’re interested in! (But please don’t forget to read the “symptoms” section first; it’s important so you don’t freak out.) Still, I’d love for you to hear the whole story before the actual method.
First things first, you need to know that you don’t need any method to shift. Setting an intention is truly enough. This one isn’t exactly a method either, it’s more like something that helps you set your intention more easily (whatever this means) or helps you catch that exact moment between being awake and falling asleep. (There’s no “right” moment, I just say that to describe it better.) It’s kinda like wbtb, but not completely.
About this method / backstory: So, where did this method come from, and why is it called “Nothing”? Well, I actually discovered it by accident. I just realized it worked for me. As someone who used to fall asleep all the time and had wrong information about shifting back then, I was almost ready to give up, until I noticed I was getting symptoms again for the first time in ages. I think that’s when it all started. At that time, I used to fall asleep listening to Alunir’s meditations, and I began experiencing the symptoms I’ll mention soon.
That was back in 2024. After a long break from shifting (you know, I’m that person who tries to shift on and off, then takes long breaks), when I got back into my shifting era, I managed to make this method more effective for myself, and realized it actually helps me experience everything.
Again, you don’t even need a method, finding what works best for you is what matters most. But maybe this could work for someone out there too (hopefully).
As for the name “Nothing”, it’s not because you literally do nothing, but because when I once asked myself, “What should I do to shift?”, the answer I got was simply “Nothing.” So I said, “Fine then, I’ll do nothing.” And that’s how the “Nothing” method was born.
My Journey / Successes: What I’m about to write now, everything from 2024, are things I had noted down back then. I’ll share them exactly as they were. So even if I had already shifted before (and honestly, some of these notes make it look like I did), my first intentional and proper shift (without grounding myself) was in 2025, after I opened my Tumblr account and started journaling here!
October 13, 2024: I dreamt about shifting and started getting symptoms (I’ll talk about these in the next section).
October 31, 2024: I got symptoms again, and the meditation sound in the background suddenly turned into a demonic voice (I’ll also explain why that’s not actually scary in the next part).
November 5, 2024: Experienced the same symptoms again.
November 22, 2024: I shifted inside a dream (it was definitely a dream, but I don’t remember it clearly).
December 8, 2024: I remember my ears ringing with pressure.
December 23, 2024: I had a dream where I thought, “Is this what shifting feels like?” Everything was so vivid and clear. (I even wrote in my notes that I could sense everything with all five senses. So if that’s true, and I remembered it in detail, it was probably a shift, though I can’t be 100% sure because it’s been such a long time.)
April 8, 2025: At night, I remember my mom opening my door and asking, “Did you fall asleep yet?” The next morning during breakfast, I asked her if she had really done that, and she said no, she only peeked in quietly but didn’t even cover me up because she didn’t want to wake me. But I know she asked me that. I saw and heard it clearly, and at that exact moment, I was already feeling the symptoms and even thought, “Mom don’t distract me, I’m trying to shift.” So.. it was probably my first real shift. Because it wasn’t a dream, and I only realized later that it might have been a shift.
From this point on, the rest of my experiences are from when I consciously started trying this method and I also shared them on Tumblr, so I’ll leave the links too.
October 7, 2025: my first astral experience and shift.
October 8, 2025: my first lucid dream experience.
October 25, 2025: my dream to shift to lucid dream experience.
October 26, 2025: my friend’s first shift.
I also experienced the void state a few times (not sure when though, I don’t know why I didn’t note it down, or maybe I did and just forgot where I put it).
PS: If I had known back then that I shouldn’t be scared of the symptoms and shouldn’t focus on them, I’d probably have shifted intentionally a million times by now, maybe even permashifted. That’s why I’m telling you now: don’t focus on symptoms, don’t freak out. You’re safe, and you always will be. There’s nothing to be scared of. I’m saying this because I once wished someone had told me these things.
Possible symptoms and my friend’s shared experiences: The reason I couldn’t shift back in 2024 was because I kept focusing on the symptoms (yes, I experienced all of them). So again: Do NOT focus on symptoms. Do NOT freak out. Easier said than done, I know, but remember, none of these things are actually happening to your physical body.
Possible symptoms include:
Ear ringing or pressure in your ears
Heart beating like crazy
Feeling pressure even in your gums or head
Feeling like your body (or a part of it) is floating, my arm did once, but it wasn’t physical
Hearing demonic voices or changes in the subliminal/melody you’re listening to
Feeling like you can’t breathe
Spiraling (this one’s kinda weird but it’s like.. leaving your body in a spiral motion, though technically, you’re not “leaving” it)
Melting
Not feeling your body at all
All of these are normal. You might not feel any of them, or you might feel totally different ones, and that’s okay too. But if you do feel them, please don’t panic and don’t focus on them. Just say things like: “I’m safe.”, “I’m able to shift / oobe / astral project.”
Personally, repeating “I’m safe” throughout the whole process helps me a lot. It’s what made me have my first oobe and shift. When I felt the symptoms, I didn’t panic, I just told myself “I’m safe, I can do this” and let it happen.
Before doing this method (Recommendations but not necessary to do it): This part has nothing to do with the method itself, but increasing your awareness for a few days or even a week before shifting (or as long as you want) might help. Throughout the day, you can say affirmations like: “I’m pure consciousness.” “I’m pure awareness.” “I’m more than this reality.” “I’m more than this body.” “I’m in control.” “I can shift anytime I want.”
You can also fall asleep while watching the “Dream Machine” visual (I’ll leave the link here, you don’t have to do anything, just play the video, close your eyes, and keep watching the lights behind your eyelids).
Becoming aware of what you’re doing throughout the day can also help raise your awareness. Notice that you’re brushing your teeth when you’re brushing your teeth. Notice that you’re breathing when you’re breathing. Notice that you’re blinking when you blink. Do things consciously, not automatically.
You can also repeat affirmations like: “With every conscious or unconscious blink, I’m shifting to my chosen reality.” “With every conscious or unconscious breath, I’m becoming a master shifter.” (Which is true, because you already are a master shifter!) Of course, you can change the affirmations to whatever makes you feel more comfortable. The most important thing is to do what feels right for you!
These exercises will help you realize that you are pure consciousness and that you are the one in control. But again, you don’t have to follow every single step. The point is to adapt this method to what feels comfortable and natural for you. Doing these steps or not doing them is completely up to you! They might help, or they might not, what truly matters is how they make you feel. You’re free to skip them if you don’t want to!
Method: Okay, about the method. Before you sleep (I recommend doing it before your night sleep, but it’s not necessary, whatever makes you feel comfortable is all that matters!), set your intention like: “I’m choosing to shift tonight, and I’m sure about it.” It doesn’t have to be perfect. Don’t overthink whether it’ll work or not, just say it and let it go!
And the position doesn’t matter at all! You can literally sleep standing on your head if you want to. Do whatever makes you feel comfortable. But if you want to avoid focusing too much on your body, you can try lying on your back. (Personally, I just pick whatever position feels most comfortable at the moment.)
Then, before sleeping, we’re gonna play our list! (Which list, Aria?)
First of all, I want you to prepare a playlist on Youtube (or anywhere you prefer). It doesn’t have to be super long actually, your shift will probably take around 3 hours max (honestly, not even that long, trust me), but something around 8–10 hours might be better.
So, what should this playlist include? Whatever you want! You can add songs, movies, or even random videos like “everything you need to know about dinosaurs.” This part is completely personal, the key is that it should keep you slightly aware.
But honestly, I prefer subliminals. You’re going to sleep with subliminals playing, and we’ll also add some silent videos in between. The silence should last just long enough to let you drift into sleep, but not long enough to make you fully fall asleep, it keeps you right in that sweet spot between sleep and wakefulness.
But before that, don’t fall asleep right away! You need to fall asleep without realizing it.
Now, there are two versions of this method: with headphones or without headphones.
You can start reading whichever version you want to try, they’re almost the same except for a few small details.
Without Headphones Version: What I want you to do here is open your playlist and let it play softly in the background. Yes, without headphones. (For this, I really recommend Alunir! You can play one of Alunir’s audios since they also include affirmations, but honestly, it doesn’t matter what you choose! Just make sure there’s a bit of silence in between the sounds, enough to let you fall asleep but not too long. If you’re using Alunir’s meditations, you don’t need to add extra silent parts.)
Once you’re lying down and the subliminals are playing in the background, relax your body completely. Don’t focus on the subliminal itself. The important thing here is not to fall asleep right away (you’ll do that later, but not yet). Just watch the darkness behind your eyelids, literally watch that darkness. And while you do that, you can think or affirm things like: “I’m shifting.” “I’m already in my desired reality.” “I’m pure consciousness.”
You can also say things like: “I’m freeing myself from ego, fear, and doubt.” “I accept and release them, and I allow myself to shift.”
Or anything else that feels comfortable for you. You can change the affirmations depending on your goal, whether it’s lucid dreaming, astral projection, the void, or shifting. But please make sure to say: “I’m pure consciousness.” and “I’m pure awareness.”
For shifting specifically: if possible, try to imagine where you’ll wake up, sense the room, the atmosphere, how it feels, what’s around you. Think about what you’ll do when you wake up, what’s your plan for tomorrow, etc.
If you’re not good at visualization, that’s totally fine. Just try to stay awake for a bit, because the goal here is for your body to fall asleep while your awareness stays awake. You can remind yourself: “I’m pure consciousness.”
When you feel your current bedsheet, ask your mind: “How do you even know this is real?”
Play little tricks on your brain, because your brain doesn’t actually know what’s real. If you say “I’m there right now,” it’ll believe you. Say “I’m more than this body.” If you hear sounds or voices from your current reality, say: “It’s from my desired reality.” Or “How do I even know it’s real?”
Trick your mind!
You can also count to 100 if you want, and if you start mixing up the numbers, that’s fine! Just keep counting from a random number. You’ll probably notice yourself mixing up words or numbers while saying affirmations. When that happens, don’t overthink it, don’t try to remember where you left off, just continue from any random number or word.
You can move a little too, like turning to your side, that’s totally okay. Just don’t make yourself fully awake again.
At some point, your body will naturally fall asleep no matter how much you resist it. But please, don’t say “ugh, I can’t sleep” and turn off the subliminals, just let things be. Even if you get frustrated or feel like you can’t fall asleep, keep the subliminals on. (As I said, it doesn’t even have to be a subliminal, around one hour of audio is usually enough for your body to drift off.)
Because even when you think you’re not asleep, you actually are, your body will fall asleep, and your consciousness will remain aware.
At one point, you’ll have that dozed-off moment. If the subliminals wake you up, every time that happens (and make sure you set this intention before sleeping), remind yourself:
“I’m shifting right now.” or “I choose to shift.”
Don’t open your eyes, don’t stop the music, just go back to sleep.
At some point, your body will fall asleep completely, that’s basically the whole method. Whether you have a lucid dream, astral project, enter the void, or wake up directly in your DR, I don’t know, so just go with whatever feels right for you.
And if you get any symptoms I mentioned earlier, please don’t panic! Just tell yourself: “I’m safe. Shifting is safe for me, and I allow it.”
Don’t focus on the symptoms! Feeling like you’re flying, floating, or swaying is totally normal, there’s no earthquake. Just fall asleep again.
You can also set the intention to wake up directly there.
With Headphones Version: What I want you to do here is put on your headphones and start your playlist. (Make sure your headphones are comfortable and won’t bother you while lying down!) I recommend using 40–60 minute subliminals for this, but again, it really doesn’t matter what you choose! Just make sure there’s a bit of silence in between, long enough to help you fall asleep.
Once you’re lying down and the subliminals are playing, completely relax your body. Do not focus on subliminals! The important thing here is not to fall asleep right away (you will later, but not yet).
Just watch the darkness behind your eyelids, literally watch that darkness. While doing that, you can think or affirm things like: “I’m shifting.” “I’m already in my desired reality.” “I’m pure consciousness.” Say things like: “I’m freeing myself from ego, fear, and doubt.” “I accept and release them, and I allow myself to shift.”
Or anything else that feels comfortable for you. You can change the affirmations depending on your goal, lucid dream, astral projection, void, etc. But please make sure to say: “I’m pure consciousness.” and “I’m pure awareness.”
For shifting: if possible, try to imagine where you’ll wake up, sense the room, how it feels, what’s around you, and what you’re going to do when you wake up. If you’re not great at visualization, that’s totally fine, just try to stay aware for a while. The goal is for your body to fall asleep while you remain conscious.
I want you to feel like you have an important exam tomorrow, and it’s already 3 a.m., and you only have a short time left to sleep, that exact kind of feeling. Like when you’re half asleep but still alert enough to hear your alarm. That light, sensitive sleep where you’re aware of everything, that’s exactly what I want.
You can remind yourself: “I’m pure consciousness.” When you feel your bedsheet, ask your brain: “How do you even know this is real?” Play little tricks on your mind, your brain doesn’t actually know what’s real. If you say “I’m there right now,” it’ll believe you. Say: “I’m more than this body.” If you hear voices or sounds from your current reality, say: “It’s from my desired reality.” or “How do you even know this is real?”
Trick your mind!
You can count to 100 if you want, and if you start mixing up the numbers, that’s totally fine. Just keep counting from any random number. You’ll probably notice that while saying affirmations, you start mixing up words or numbers, that’s completely okay. Don’t think about where you left off or what comes next, just continue from anywhere.
You can move a little, like turning to your side, that’s totally fine too. Just don’t make yourself fully awake again.
At some point, your body will naturally fall asleep, no matter how much you try to resist it. But please, don’t say “ugh, I can’t sleep” and turn off the subliminals, just let it be. Even if you get frustrated or feel like you can’t fall asleep, keep them playing. (As I said, it doesn’t even have to be a subliminal, around 1 hour of sound is usually enough to make your body fall asleep.)
Because even when you think you’re not asleep, you actually are, your body will fall asleep while your consciousness stays awake.
At one point, you’ll have that dozed-off moment. If the subliminals wake you up, and make sure you set this intention before sleeping, remind yourself: “I’m shifting right now.” or “I choose to shift.”
Don’t open your eyes, don’t stop the music, just go back to sleep.
Eventually, your body will fall asleep completely, that’s basically the method. Whether you end up lucid dreaming, astral projecting, entering the void, or waking up directly in your dr, I don’t know, so go with whatever feels right to you.
If you get any of the symptoms I mentioned earlier, please don’t panic! Just tell yourself: “I’m safe. Shifting is safe for me, and I allow it.”
Don’t focus on the symptoms! Feeling like you’re flying, floating, or swaying is totally normal, there’s no earthquake. Just fall back asleep.
You can also set the intention to wake up directly there.
Oh, and when the silent subliminal or video starts playing, don’t say “wait, did my playlist stop playing?” and check it. (Yes, that’s from personal experience)
Also, if you shift to a version of your drself who’s already awake and standing, it’s actually easier to tell that you’ve shifted, you’ll clearly notice the difference between a dream, lucid dream, astral projection, and a full shift. So don’t worry about that!
This method can also work even if you don’t do it exactly this way. If you’re super tired, just sleep without thinking anything. (Seriously, if you’re about to fall asleep in a second, do NOT think about anything, just sleep.)
It also works when you wake up during the night! For example, I usually go to bed around 8–9 pm, and when I naturally wake up around 3–4 am,and go back to sleep while thinking “I’m shifting” with my playlist still on, it works perfectly.
What should I do if I lucid dream: If it turns into a lucid dream, people usually say to make a portal, but for me, just thinking about my dr was enough. Just tell yourself you’re shifting, and you’ll be there. The melting or spiraling feeling is totally normal, do not panic! (Also, to get out of the lucid state, you can shift to a random place first and then move from there to your dr, that was easier for me.)
What should I do if I astral/oobe: If it turns into astral projection, don’t panic, especially if you feel ear ringing, pressure, or your heart beating fast. Those are all normal. Keep telling yourself you’re safe! Spiraling sensations are also normal. If your goal is to shift to your dr, just think about it, you’ll get there. And believe me, you’ll have plenty of time to think, so stay calm. DO NOT PANIC. You’re not actually feeling those symptoms in your physical body. And even if it is astral, if you say “I want to shift to my dr” you will.
What should I do if I get into the void: If you see light or lights, focus on one of them and follow it, it’ll keep growing, and you’ll find yourself in the void. From there on, do whatever you want! I’ve never shifted from the void, but probably just thinking about your dr will be enough. (And don’t forget to remind yourself that you’re safe and calm!)
I successfully shifted but my vision is blurry: If your vision is blurry (like you’re looking through frosted glass) when you shift or if you can’t feel all five senses, don’t freak out, stay calm and don’t think about going back. Focus on your breathing, touch something hot or cold, or gently pinch yourself (not hard enough to hurt) that’ll help you ground yourself there. (I still haven’t shifted to my dr, I did shift once, but I freaked out, didn’t ground myself, and ended up in a random reality before realizing I was in my dr. That’s why I don’t ground myself to random realities, but people say it helps, so if you shift, and you probably will, you can try it!)
If you ever feel panic like “it’s too real, how do I come back?”, don’t say you want to return. Just remind yourself: “I’m safe, I can return whenever I want.” Also, be open to random shifts if you want! Just to prove to yourself that it’s real (it’s honestly funny, you should give it a try).

And if it doesn’t work on your first try (which it probably will), please give this method a few more chances. Try again after some time, because methods don’t make you shift, they just help.
This one, though, isn’t really a method, it’s more like a tool that helps you catch that thin line between sleep and wakefulness more easily.
Try it in different states: when you’re super tired, fully awake, or somewhere in between, adjust it to what feels best for you!

Your face is flushed and you're at that point in the run where you need to stop and breath through your mouth, leaning on your knees as enough air finally enters your lungs. So how is the guy breathing through his mask? It's already his third lap around the park and he didn’t even took a sip of water.

So I’ve started reading the webtoon of Hell is Other People/Strangers From Hell after watching it therefore I wasn’t aware about the first mindf*ck the writers have done in the show.
The writers have let us think that Yoo Gi hyeok (played by Lee Hyun wook) was actually the main antagonist (apparently nicknamed “King Eyes” according to this article) from the webtoon, and I saw a lot of people who had first read it before watching the show complaining that they’ve killed him off (as to replace him by the “real” killer, played by Lee Dong wook) cause they thought his physical features and acting/behavior were more fitting to the character we saw in the webtoon who’s an absolute creep (not saying the one played by Lee is the show isn’t creepy cause of the plot twist, but it makes the vibe being totally different and divided/a bit more split which I’m gonna try to explain).
I mean the guy was so perfectly casted for the big red herring:
I’m one of those people who had read the webtoon before the live-action was released. I think the script writer had done such a good job in adapting the webtoon! All of his little twists here and there made the already masterpiece webtoon even better. I mean who tf would want to watch dramas that they already know the plot and the ending? (Hmm some people maybe, not me definitely)
I mean splitting big eyed guy’s (aka “mata belo”, that’s what we call kihyuk/moonjo in the webtoon in my native language) character into 2 different persons is genius. Eventho in the webtoon the big eyed guy both spit on jongwoo AND said that he kinda liked jongwoo (tho his “gift” to him is seokyoon’s head instead of teeth bracelet), it would make more sense (to me at least) that moonjo had taken a liking to jongwoo from the start (instead of changing his mind about jongwoo in the middle like in the webtoon, tho it’s still good).
And I think one of the reason the webtoon is so interesting is that the reader doesn’t really know wtf is actually going on until almost the very end. The author makes us wondering, who’s the bad guy? Is there any bad guy at all? Wait what if jongwoo is the bad guy after all this time? And that this webtoon is actually about how he turns into psychopath? The comments section is full of the readers’ theories about what actually happens sksksksk.
My point is that the “magic”/“appeal” that happens with the webtoon wouldn’t happen as successfully to the live-action version since some of the watchers must’ve read the webtoon already (if they didn’t change the drama’s plot). Maybe that’s what the script writer thought as well before changing the plot and characters?
And so I really don’t understand what were those people (those who hate on the live-action adaptation) complaining xD

Some of the mistakes people don't notice they are making when manifesting include:
1. Checking the 3D without realising. (The 3D doesn't matter at all, why are you checking?)
2. Acknowledging the time it has taken. (Time is just a circumstance and an illusion. Why are you worrying?)
3. Constantly asking different coaches and people why it's not here yet. (By asking this, you're just affirming you don't have it yet!)
4. Letting other people's success make you feel unsuccessful. (If you had your desire, you'd be happy for everyone else for getting theirs too, because you are ONE of the success stories as well.)
5. Constantly researching the law of assumption, overthinking, asking question after question, watching a bunch of videos, and reading everything you can ALL THE TIME! (Sis, you should be using your time actually APPLYING THE WORK and TESTING IT OUT!)
6. Giving external things power over you getting your manifestation. (Don't block yourself. Nothing will stop you or make it harder for you unless you decide it will.)
7. Looking for signs that it's coming. (The only sign that you need is YOU TELLING YOURSELF THAT IT IS HERE, NO MATTER WHAT YOU SEE!)
It's already done.
Simple.
You just have to think like you would if you already had your manifestation - consistently -and it will come.
If you are doing any of the above things, you need to know that I understand why you are doing it, and I get that you're losing patience and you want some reassurance that you are on the right track, BUT AGAIN, the only person who can tell you 100% that you are on the right track is YOU! Why? Because YOU are the God of your reality and what YOU believe is what is true, therefore, if YOU say it's working, then it IS. If you say it isn't here yet, then you're right, it isn't here yet. You don't need anything external from you to confirm that it is coming.
The above list is filled with habits that people get into without realising, and these things unfortunately can actually make your manifestation take LONGER to come. How? When you are 'doing everything right', (affirming/visualising & keeping a mental diet), but THEN you go and check the time and notice it's been X amount of days/weeks/months, or you go and complain to someone and desperately ask 'Why isn't it here yet? What am I doing wrong?' you are CONTRADICTING all the good work you have been doing, and you are essentially reaffirming that it isn't here yet, thus manifesting MORE of not having it yet and WAITING FOR IT TO COME!
You need to be completely living in your imagination! For real, you need to live in your dreamland in your head where you have your desire and perfect life. Do what you need to do in the 3D to get by and live your life, HOWEVER, don't give it ANY power. Your 3D is irrelevant when you are manifesting something new, because it is going to only reflect old thoughts and the old story until you have persisted enough that your old thoughts have run their course in your 3D and your new story completely shows up and manifests.
Additionally, yes, it is important to know what you're doing, and it can be encouraging and motivational to watch videos and read blogs about the law of assumption, HOWEVER, stop using ALL your time doing these things, when you could just use your time to actually DO THE WORK TO GET YOUR MANIFESTATION! Constantly learning about the law isn't going to manifest your desire, THINKING AS IF YOU HAVE YOUR DESIRE DOMINANTLY and VISUALISING and KEEPING A MENTAL DIET is what is going to get you your manifestation.
Once you know how the law works, that's all you need. You know what you need to know, so go DO it!
You don't need signs, you don't need anything in the 3D to show you your progress, you don't need to worry that some circumstance will slow you down or make it harder for you to get your desire, you don't need to worry about time, you don't need to compare yourself to anyone else, you don't need to ask a million coaches. If you are thinking as if and living in the end, and most importantly, PERSISTING, then you ARE doing it right and IT IS COMING, FOR SURE! But if you are constantly checking the 3D and breaking out of your mental diet to complain about the time and that it isn't here yet, you are keeping yourself stuck in 'waiting' for your manifestation and are only manifesting more of being in the state of 'waiting' for it.
Instead, just live in the state of HAVING it!
If you have something, you aren't going to sit around thinking 'why isn't it here yet?'
If you have plans with your friend and they are coming over, once they actually come over to your house and are sitting with you, are you going to think or ask 'why aren't they here yet?' No! Because they ARE already here!
Living in the end and thinking as if is literally just thinking what you would be thinking if the desire was already here! SIMPLE!
No more waiting, we ain't doing that anymore. We don't wait on this blog, we HAVE! We ARE! We ALREADY HAVE OUR SHIT! We are ALL ALREADY SUCCESS STORIES!
Once you decide that you want something, it's automatically yours, you just need to get it out of your head that there could be any possible circumstance that could stand in your way, because CIRCUMSTANCES DON'T MATTER. JUST STEP INTO YOUR POWER! STEP INTO THE VERSION OF YOURSELF WHO ALREADY HAS YOUR DESIRE, AND IT WILL BE YOURS IN THE 3D!
Don't get yourself stuck in wondering why it isn't here yet and asking if you're doing something wrong. The only thing you're doing wrong is thinking (affirming) that you're doing it wrong.

I decided to open this blog because I love to manifest.
It makes me feel grateful for what I have and for what I could have in the future. I've been exploring various methods to shift, and I thought, why not share them with others? (Plus, I might sprinkle in a little witchcraft here and there that helps with manifestation.)
With so many methods out there today, I realized it would be helpful to have a blog that explains them in a clear and concise way—without the overstimulation of a 6-second video.
When I searched for resources, I found that many blogs just didn’t meet my needs for several reasons:
They only covered the most popular methods.
Some explanations weren’t detailed enough for my ADHD brain.
And honestly, some hadn’t been updated since 1618.
That's why I'm here—to be the resource I couldn’t find.

A busted kitchen pipe? You fixed it.
A blown fuse bulb? Sorted.
Rats in your kitchen? You’d catch them bare-handed before asking a man for help. You were not only the eldest daughter, but the eldest grandchild, and your mum (eldest daughter) and dad (eldest son). So asking for help wasn't a default setting.
But sometimes - rarely - you were stuck.
Like the night your car started leaking something dark and slick onto the driveway.
"Shit. No. No" you muttered, crouching to inspect it. Oil. Maybe. Or something worse.
Seven in the evening. Makeup half done. Phone buzzing with *Where are you?* texts from the girls.
You straightened and felt it before you saw him.
Simon. Your new neighbour.
He stood on his porch, glass in hand, watching you with an intensity that made you shift your weight. Big man. Quiet street. The '141 Boys' sticker on his jeep caught the light.
Finance job, he'd told neighbours when he moved in. Didn’t explain the balaclava. Didn’t explain the way he watched - like he was assessing a situation, not a person. He was so...weird.
He set the glass down. Didn’t rush. Walked over.
"Car’s bleedin" he said flatly.
You blinked. "Oh. Right. Yeah. I noticed."
His eyes flicked to the stain under the car. Then to you.
"Need help, or you just starin’ at it?"
Your jaw tightened. "…I don’t know what’s wrong."
That seemed to satisfy him. Might've boosted that ego all men carry these days.
"Stay there."
He disappeared into his house and came back with a toolbox. Heavy. Metal worn. Not new.
You think he will ask for permission to enter your yard but nah. He crouched, already reaching under your car.
"Don’t start it."
"I wasn’t going to" does he think you are some dumb little girl.
"Good" he muttered. "That would’ve made it worse."
You hovered nearby, arms crossed. Watching his hands. Large. Scarred. Steady.
"Hm." He clicked his tongue. "Oil pan’s leakin."
Your stomach dropped. "Is that bad? That sounds bad."
"Depends how long you ignore it."
You exhaled sharply. "Can you..." You hesitated. "Can you explain it to me?"
He paused. Slowly looked up at you.
"…Explain it."
"So if it happens again" you said, "I know what to do."
Silence stretched.
"You tryin’ to fix it yourself next time?" he frowns looking up at you.
"Yes" you repeat firmly.
He opens his mouth maybe to argue just like every misogynist prick in your life but then -
"…Alright" he said quietly. "Get down here then."
You hesitated looking down at your new denim skirt "Under the car?"
"That’s where the problem is, innit?"
You crouched beside him as he jacked the car up. The space beneath was tight. Too close. His shoulder brushed your knee and stayed there.
"See this?" he said, pointing. "That’s your oil pan. Oil keeps everything from grindin’ itself to death. You crack it, oil leaks. No oil...engine’s fucked."
He reached past you and something warm skimmed your arm. You didn’t move.
Few drops of oil splashed onto your cheek. You flinched and wiped them away.
He froze, waiting for you to shriek and run away.
"You alright?" His voice was lower now. Sharper.
"Yeah" you said. "It’s just oil."
"You're not scared of gettin dirty?" he mumbled.
"Let's focus."
"You don’t have to be under here" he added. "I can do this alone."
You met his gaze. "Then I don’t learn."
Something unreadable crossed his face.
"…Stubborn" he muttered. Then, after a pause "Fair."
He talked you through it slowly. Made you repeat things. Corrected you when you got it wrong. You mirrored his movements carefully.
"No - look. Not there. Here."
His hand closed over yours, guiding your fingers. Firm. Professional. Too aware.
You swallowed but didn’t pull away. Any other man would've taken this opportunity to harass you or humiliate you for being helpless. But this one was treating you like you were paying for a tutorial.
Half an hour later, it was done.
You both stood, brushing dirt from your clothes. The air felt thicker than before. You open the car door switching it on and hell it was fixed.
"Thank you" you said. "Really. Do I owe you?"
He shut the toolbox. "No."
"You sure?"
He looked at you for a long second.
"Just don’t ignore it next-
The words die in his throat as you move closer wiping drops of oil off his cheek. He looks down at your proper now...oh.
The next afternoon, he heard the hammer before he saw you.
You were on a ladder, nailing a hand-painted sign onto your garden shed. The steps wobbled.
"Oi" he called. "That ladder's shite."
You looked down. "I’ve got it!"
The ladder swayed again.
"Yeah?" He moved fast, crossing over to your yard gripping the ladder. "You sure about that?"
You laughed nervously. "Okay maybe not."
You gulped as you realised the maxi skirt you were wearing was now flowing in every direction thanks to the sudden wind...that means he can definitely see your -
You look down to see his gaze cast downwards. His eyes never once lifted up.
"Don’t move" he said. "I’ve got you."
His hands stayed steady. Didn’t let go. And kept staring at the little ceramic mushrooms you had in your garden.
You glanced down at him. "You’re good at catching people."
His jaw tightened.
"Part of the job."
"What job’s that?" you teased.
He looked up at you. Held your gaze and didn't answer.
"Keep workin" he said instead. Yeah he did catch people, just not in the way you thought.
You thought - he must be married. A man this controlled had to have someone grounding him. No wonder he has so much control and authority. He must have someone who taught him this respect.
You didn’t know yet -
Simon Riley, Lieutenant of the SAS, was dangerously good at restraint. Dangerous. Everyone back at base, from rookies to colonels knew how much control he had over everything. And that included his feelings and emotions. Not to mention the staring problem he had. And right now he was thinking of 100 ways to make you ask for his help....don't be suprised if you wake up next day and see your front door broken with expert precision.
Simon god damn Riley has a purpose now. It was making you life hell just because he wanted to help ;)
