“ i believe it’s called ‘enjoying the day without judging homosapiens’… it was quite a relaxing experience, you should try it. ”
her restraint seemed to have come into an end as she finally rolled her eyes, a small annoyed scowl on her red lips. she may be an infamous villain known for her hatred for humankind but even she has her standards. she didn’t kill the elderly, women, or children. and yet.. this. glancing at the child who she still held by his hand, pamela let out a scoff at lois’ statement before facing the child, hand parting from his grip to sign in time with her comment,
“ what she means is that she knows how to contact superman… … and of course, what child wouldn’t want to meet a hero. no appreciation for villainy then. ”
pamela was forced to bite back her insults comments about heroes when he started to sign back and talk about the justice league, his hand’s speed making her unable to fully grasp what he was saying.
Years of being around the likes of Pamela and other associates had left Lois more than used to their unique quips, of which Lois had to refrain from rolling her eyes at. Her pre-held prejudices waver as she watches the women sign for the young boy, a warm smile curving on her lips as she does so. But I have many contacts in the government thanks to my job at the Planet. Like a service that can help with lost children for example.” Just because Lois had to ability to call Superman, and then the rest of their friends, didn’t mean that she would rush to such conclusions for every single situation she came across. Much like this one. Lois could handle herself thank you very much.
“Would you like me call Superman for you?” Lois signs, admittedly quite poorly, but she’s impressed that she hasn’t completely forgotten. It has been a few years, but rusty is better than nothing.
