🔥Hymn to Loki
Hail Loki, son of Laufey fair,
Wind-walker weaving through fate’s snare.
Kin to giants, guest among gods,
Strider of borders none dare to trod.
Flame-hearted schemer, oath-bending tongue,
Singer of truths where silence hung.
In Ægir’s hall your laughter rang,
Sharp as the edge of a hidden fang.
You shaped the mare and bore the steed,
Eight-footed storm for the Allfather’s need.
Gold-bringer through dwarven flame,
Trickster whose mischief built their fame.
Hair of Sif restored by guile,
Hammer of thunder won by wile.
Gift-giver cloaked in jest and jest,
Chaos that labors for gods’ behest.
Sky-roamer, salmon of the stream,
Net-breaker caught in your own scheme.
Bound with venom, yet unbowed,
Fire banked low but never cowed.
Breaker of pride in gilded seats,
Storm in the stillness where order sleeps.
Not foe alone, nor faithful friend,
But turning force at the world’s edge bend.
Hail Loki, ember beneath the frost,
Finder of gain where others see loss.
Walk with us where certainties fall,
Laughing flame at the heart of it all.
