What exactly dark energy mean??

Not everything in Asgard is permitted.When the bifrost was destroyed, it's supposed Thor had no way to come back to Midgard never again.But one more time, the old man, The 'Allfather' managed to make sure that I was not doing 'bad things'. What do you think he did to send Thor to Earth again? I'm pretty sure that he used prohibited arts, using strange and dark energies, as he did once, long long time ago. But well, he's the ''boss'' there, right? Who would blame him for doing that?
