My purple Deb's dress still fits 💪 Last Thursday Adapt House launched their #PurpleUp Campaign which runs from Dec 3rd-10th to raise awareness of domestic abuse 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 The aim is to let women know that Adapt is not only a women's refuge but a safe and confidential space for women who may find themselves in a physical,sexual or emotionally abusive relationship. Did you know? 1 in 4 women in Ireland who have been in a relationship have been abused by a current or former partner. Gardai have seen a 25% increase in domestic abuse calls this year due to the impact of covid-19 lockdown. @adapt_womensrefuge are working incredibly hard to reach all women in need but they need our help!
