I am literally sitting here in a kayak catching pokemon, and I still can’t figure out how someone got a lure on this pokestop. It’s just me out here, no other boats, like what the hell. I cut myself and struggle with lots of other forms of self-harm. I think it is because I have emotions, but I honestly cannot express them. I can’t even cry, and it angers me. It’s like the scars and bruises that I leave on myself speak when my words or actions cannot. I think this is part of my personality because INTPs are infamous for not being extremely expressive. Does anybody else struggle with this and what do you guys think? INTP trait or am I just crazy?

If you're crazy then I'm crazy too. I know how you feel, and it's almost confining mentally. Try exercising; go for a long walk, put some headphones in and get on a treadmill or go to an exercise class with a close friend or family member (so you can be with someone but not have to expel energy on giving them attention 24/7). It could help with all the pent up frustration and give you a clear head or confidence boost to share emotionally. Hope that helps :)
