“No, its fine. C’mon, its alright.” Steve could only assure her. Honestly, he couldn’t give a damn about his prefect duties when Morgana was in front of him, scared outta her mind and needing a pal.

The panic on Morgana’s face made him frown and impulsively Steve wrapped his arms around the Slytherin, bringing her in close and holding her. “I could never abandon my best girl like that, could I?” He spoke with his head pressed against hers, hoping to calm her down with the small comfort. “C’mon, lets go back to the common room and we’ll talk about it. I’m not going anywhere, alright?”

Morgana kept her head down as he assured her.Steve was to good of a person, the last thing she wanted was to get him in trouble. Her...her worries could wait. She opened her mouth to say something when she felt his arms wrap around her. His words made her look at him for a moment. 

" Your best girl..." She said softly as he pressed his head against hers. Steve was such a great friend and the thought of something happening to him made her tense. Flashes of what she had seen resurfaced and caused her to gasp. Morgana shook her head as she tried to allow Steve's comforting gesture to calm her. She stood there silently for a moment as the Gryffindor suggested they relocate to a common room. " Yes, your right. Thank you Steve.... for staying."

What makes you really sleepy?

Besides obvious reasons, I guess a cup of hat tea makes me sleepy at times. I also find myself getting very drowsy when people continuously run their fingers through my hair.

I guess that would the sound of music and laughter? I'm not entirely sure what specific sounds I love. It's not something I think of that often.

It had been a quiet night. Steve had been patrolling the halls of Hogwarts school on his prefect duties, his candle guiding his way as he passed the corridor that connected to the Slytherin common rooms. A familiar voice called after him and he turned startled as Morgana hurried toward him.

“Morgana? What happened? Are you alright?”

“Alright, take a breath, okay? Lets go sit down. We’ll get a drink and talking about it.”

Morgana followed Steve's advice for a brief moment.She took a deep breath as she shook her head. " I had a horrible nightmare. I saw something..it seemed so real. I don't know what to do." 

She looked at Steve with scared eyes. " N-no I'm fine. I-I'm not thirsty. I  wouldn't mind taking a seat." The panic in Morgana's voice returned as she took hold of Steve's sleeves. " I apologize, your doing your duties. I shouldn't be speaking to you should I? I-I should go elsewhere..."

Morgana wandered the halls after curfew. Another nightmare came to her that night and she couldn't....wouldn't go back to sleep. She turned the corner seeing a familiar face. Morgana found herself jogging towards Steve.

" S-steve!Steve I'm so glad your here. I-I've had a horrible dream. I saw terrible things..."

Over my Dead Body || Morgana & Dean

"They sure would," Dean quipped, knowing it was still true even though he was with Cas now. Some things would never change and Dean was sure girls fighting over him would still be going on if he married Cas. Not that he was thinking about marrying Cas…not at all. Batting eyelids put Dean off a little and he almost had to stop climbing the stairs. Thankfully he retained his balance, even if he was seeing faint stars. "I’m sure your eyes’re great too and I really don’t wanna have to be your guide dog out of guilt so, yeah, keeping this to yourself might be a good plan." 

If there was anything Dean knew, it was that situations like this never go as planned. Not that Morgana being in his body was intentional in the first place but still. Dean’d felt nausea before, of course he had - when he didn’t eat or had eaten the wrong thing, or when he woke up in a Muggle hospital with no pain meds and tubes down his throat - but this was different. This literally stopped him dead and he gagged right in the middle of the staircase. How it must have looked to anyone outside of their situation, Dean didn’t want to know.

A ringing like sound came to his ears, the same one he got when he stood too close to John firing guns, and then nothing. His head felt clearer suddenly and Dean blinked a good few times, hard, shaking his head. “Morgana?” The boy questioned, looking down at the girl’s body in his arms before shaking her gently as best he could in that position. “Hey, Morgana. What’s going on?” For some reason, not having her in his head made Dean feel like he was missing something, like he felt lighter than he should now.

Kneeling and shifting Morgana’s body so he could look at her more fully, Dean moved a few stray hairs out of her face. She seemed no different but there was something clearly wrong - even more wrong than the whole situation. “Morgana!” Dean felt his head ducking and his eyes forcibly slid closed a moment later. When they re-opened, she was back. The question from his own lips served to reassure Dean that the girl was alive. “Beats me. I felt dizzy and sick to my stomach and then bam, you weren’t in my head anymore. It was only for a minute, maybe two.” 

Dean breathed slowly and deeply, getting his composure before he lifted Morgana’s body back into his arms and pushed ahead, regardless of his slightly weaker, shaking knee. “Where’dya go back there, huh?”

Morgana took a deep breath as she listened to Dean a very quick run through of what had happened. Of course, she was very aware of the entire process, but listening to his voice calmed her. There was great relief when she realized she had only been gone for a few minutes. " I'm sorry for making you feel like that. I hope your are alright, I feel as though it could have taken a slight toll on you."  He took a deep breath and continued to the infirmary. Morgana could feel his legs shake a bit as they pressed on. It was obvious that he believed he could continue without any problems. " Dean, would you like to sit down for a moment? I know your feeling a bit weak after what happened." Internally, Morgana wanted nothing more than to continue to the infirmary. But she was concerned for him, he was helping her through all of this. 

At his question Morgana went silent. She recalled the familiar yet unfamiliar forest she had found herself in. " I'm not sure. It seemed like I was standing in the forest. But it wasn't the forest at all. It was quiet and I felt like the only person occupying the space." She paused for a moment, " There was a creature there as well." The image of the beast flashed in her mind. Taking another deep breath she decided to think of other matters. " it was strange though. it was as if your body was forcing me out. Though if it was I am very surprised it let me back in." The sickening sensation rose again and Morgana felt herself growing nauseous again. " D-Dean-" she said through bilious breaths. There was no need to say anymore, he would feel the nausea hit him again.

Again his body began forcing her out. Was she going to be sent back to that place? Would she be able to return from that place again? It seemed the first time she returned simply due to luck. There was no way of knowing if she would return a second time. In an attempt to remain there Morgana held onto Dean with all of her might. The more she resisted the stronger the pull seemed to become. It became a standstill between the unknowing force. The pull soon became more of a vacuum trying to suck the air from her. At that point it felt  as though she was going to suffocate. Morgana could feel her grip on Dean begin to loosen and there was a moment of doubt. However, just as she let go the unknowing force ceased.

Taking a moment to even her breathing. Could the nurses really help her? If they couldn't there was no way she could hold her own against whatever was happening. " I am not sure if you felt what just occurred within you. But I'm beginning to think that the nurses will not be able to help my case Dean." She took a deep breath, " All of this is putting a big toll on your body. I don't want you to have to suffer through this merely because you decided to help a fellow student." They sighed thinking about the situation. Perhaps that place was part of the objects curse?

Braced for Impact || Morgana & Erik

Morgana couldn't say that she was the biggest fan of Quidditch. It may have been the idea of riding on a broom catching and doing dangerous maneuvers to stay from harms way. However, she found herself at the game that day. She would admit how impressed she was by Castiel's flying skills though he seemed a bit rougher than she had expected. Other than that it was nice to see Percival, Benny, Charles and Mordred flying around as well. She was fairly surprised to see that Charles was even flying around the field that day, then again it was often said that life was full of them. Morgana clapped along with her students as they roared and cheered. 

During the game she had found herself beside Erik. The two had met for a brief time before. They talked every now and again, one of their talks being more about Morgana's powers. It was almost eerie how close they had become after that time. The two idly conversed as the game went on, hoping that it would be over soon. Morgana fell silent for a moment as she recalled what she had seen a few days ago. Another unclear vision. She remembered the stands, large explosions and screaming. Though she wasn't sure which was more horrifying that or her own fate. Morgana looked at Erik, before speaking. If what ever she saw were to happen today she wanted someone else to know about it.

In the end she decided to tell Erik everything. As she reached the end of her explanation that's when it all happened. Before she knew it there were smoke and a very powerful force. There was a ringing in her ear as time seemed to slow. She could feel the splintering wood against her face. Morgana shut her eyes tight as she instinctively shielded her face. After a moment she could feel the seat beneath begin to collapse. That was it, it was coming true. There was no way she could protect herself from the fall and the sharpened piece of wood that were to end up in her stomach. Her eyes remained shut tight, waiting for her vision to become reality.

She wasn't sure of how much time had passed but she felt as though something was off. Slowly she opened her yes only to realize that she was levitating. Morgana looked around confused and scared. How was this possible? Was she imagining things? Eventually she recognized another person was levitating with her. " Erik? How is this happening? What's going on?" She asked in slight panic.

Morgana glanced over at Tony as he spoke for a moment. She found her eyes lingering on him a bit. Something about being in New York and in a very happy mood made him seem…different. With a small smile she focused on the scenery once again.  Tony talked to her again and laughed as he mentioned her going back home and doing something. She shook her head, ” I’m flattered that your putting a bit of party time aside for little old me. Really, your such a gentleman Tony.”  Morgana batted her lashes, something that she had learned from the birthday boy once upon a time. 

At the mention of having a dance she smiled and bit her lip. She wasn’t going to argue that she wouldn’t mind a dance or two with him. When it came to drinking she smirked. Well, it was a party after all. No harm could come from a single glass of wine. She doubted Arthur would have any objections. ” A dance and a drink you say? Well, that sounds like a plan. Although, for right now would it be alright if we merely lounged about and talked for a bit?”  She gestured towards one of the many white couches behind them. ” I promise you that we will dance in a bit. If you still have time that is.”  With a playful smile she stepped away from the window and made herself comfortable on the couch.

When Morgana batted her lashes he snickered a bit to himself, shaking his head. No matter what she loved to tease him, didn’t she? It was fine though, she knew he loved it. “Well, why wouldn’t I? You’re one of my closest friends and even though you can be nothing but a pain I still love you.” He looked at her with raised brows and a slightly surprised expression, just in hopes to mimic her own. “It’s like you almost don’t believe that I could be a nice person, or a “gentleman”, because when it boils down to it that’s all that I am really.” He smiled to the other, batting his lashes like he always did. 

As she walked off and sat on the couch Tony stood at the window briefly before following, plopping down next to her. “It’s my birthday but,” he crossed his legs, sprawling out a bit,”whatever you want my dear. I’m just glad you could make it. I’m even glad that blonde punk of a brother could make it too.” He was happy being back in New York, it was a different experience all together to see his friends from school, a fun experience. “Ah, just a second-” he looked up as one of the servants with a tray walked by, gesturing for them to walk over. Once they did he picked off two glasses and handed one to Morgana. “It’s not fancy wine or anything but it’s good, just try a sip and if you don’t like it I can get you something else.” He took a sip of his own drink before adjusting in his seat so that he could face the other, “So, go ahead, chat me up Missy.”

Morgana placed a hand on her heart in shock as Tony called her a pain. It was fairly obvious that he was teasing, but she couldn't help but put on a show. " Nothing but a pain? Oh Tony, that hurts a bit. I thought I was more than just a pain to you. I suppose I'll just keep that birthday kiss to myself then." She leaned back into the couch as she looked at Tony. " Of course you are a gentleman Tony. But you have to admit at times it is certainly hard to tell. It is the truth and you know it." As he batted his lashes she tapped his nose lightly with her finger. 

It was obvious that Tony was not a fan of her deciding what to do during his birthday party. He was right, it was his time and she should do whatever he wanted. However, she simply wanted to be alone with him for a moment. Since summer had started she had been fairly lonely. With Arthur being with Uther for long periods of time, it was as if she lived alone in the manor. When he sat beside her she moved a bit closer to him. She wanted to be able to hear him clearly, the music was very loud after all. " I'm glad I could make it as well. I can't thank Arthur enough for getting me here. He is truly amazing, he deserves to enjoy a great party such as this." Morgana smiled as he plucked two glasses off a passing serving tray. He handed one to Morgana explaining to her the glasses contents. With a smile she took a small sip. " This is fine, thank you Tony." 

He adjusted himself in order to face her and speak to her. Morgana looked into his eyes for a moment before laughing. " It's amazing. It has only been a few weeks and I find myself missing your company. Care to explain why that is?" She leaned into Tony a bit more as she took another sip. Looking at Tony reminded her of the dream she had just a few days ago. As usual it wasn't pleasant but it was focused on...well Tony. One of the purposes of speaking to Tony know was to tell  him of what she had seen. But seeing him so happy and glowing she couldn't bring herself to do it. " You know what. You don't want to hear about my uneventful summer. How about that dance,Hm?"

A Night to Remember|| Arthur, The lovely Morgana, and the Birthday boy

  Tony laughed a bit to Arthur’s words, looking around to the other party members. “Yeah, I understand what you mean,…there are a lot, and I mean, a lot of free drinks so.” He was excited to just watch the whole thing unfold but he knew he’d be out and about and not around for his entire party. “And was that true?” he looked to Morgana, a stupid grin spreading on his face, “Awh, Morgana…you would of gone through all of that to see me? I feel so loved, that’s that best gift I’ve had all day, just knowing that.” He gave her a wink before looking back to Arthur, “But, it’s nice to see you to. I’m sure you’ll have fun with all the people tonight. Everyone is all in high spirits and everything, and they damn better be.” 

He smiled to Morgana, nodding a bit, “It is a real party, I would have to admit…I mean, it is my party so what did you expect? I will admit I don’t always have the classiest fashion at school but I do clean up quite nicely, don’t you both agree.” He lifted his arms with a grin, “So, you know…and please, Morgana you know I’m turning seventeen, don’t start the teasing just yet, alright? I’m like just fresh into the night so really.” He snickered a bit, “So, how about we go sit somewhere and I hear about how summer was treating you? You know, before I go on and on about myself and all,” he shrugged with a smile, gesturing over to the bar to sit.

The young man nodded along at the idea of free drinks. Getting a little tipsy was on his check list for the night. Along with dancing. There were a lot of beautiful women there after all. He rose a brow though as Morgana addressed him, “Pretending to be what now?” He laughed, “Morgana this is far better than following what my father expects of me. I can only deal with so much business deals and property affairs.” He huffed with a laugh, “So yes I am very happy to party a little!” He smiled to both of them as Tony continued on.

"That you do Tony. That you do." He let out a short genuine laugh, his eyes smiling now, "Who would have thought that the slightly frazzled late working Tony could clean up to such standards." He joked, laughing more as Tony asked Morgana to not tease him. Fair enough, Arthur stopped. "The bar? Summer?" He shrugged, nothing too exciting had happened so far, "Sure I suppose so." Hopefully Tony didn’t want to talk business.

Morgana watched Arthur as Tony mentioned the ample amount of free drinks. There was no doubt in her mind that he planned on having his fill while they were there. Just imagining getting the stumbling Arthur back to the hotel was something she was already beginning to loathe. At least he would be blathering nonsense during the drive. When Arthur finally caught wind of what she had said she smirked. " pretending to be a hero. We both know when you have nothing to do you begin to fantasize."  Mentioning following in Uther's footsteps made Morgana sigh. She could not blame Arthur for wanting to take some time away from his duties. " Fair enough, Arthur. Even you deserve a break every know and then." Morgana laughed as he pumped himself up a even more.

Upon asking for their opinion on his looks Morgana looked Tony over. He did look very good in white, then again he always  looked good. Though she would never admit it to him verbally. She recalled the night of the dance when he adored a very interesting suit. It wasn't the average suit and yet he managed to make it work. He must have been able to pull it off because of his large amount of charm. Tony gestured to the bar and she sighed. She should have known they would have ended up there at some point during the night. " Well just to warn you, Arthur has been having all of the fun. You won't be hearing much from me I'm afraid. I hope that's alright with you?" With a playful smile she slid off the couch. " Shall we go then?" Without waiting for a response she headed down the stairs and towards the bar.

Sam stiffened for a moment, before forcing himself to relax. “It’s kind of a family thing” He said evasively, not wanting to give too much away. He still had the feeling that Morgana wouldn’t turn him in too much if he did reveal what he was doing, but the fewer people who knew, the better things would be for him and Dean. If he could get her help however, that would change things. “I’d rather not say, it’s not that I don’t trust you,” true “I’d just rather not let lots of people know”. He grinned boyishly, trying to take the edge of his statement.

"Any particular reason you need the book?" Sam asked, wanting to move the conversation away from him. He wasn’t often manipulative, but it always helped to have the person you needed help from on your good side. And if Sam made a new friend from this, well, that was all good too.

She looked at Sam as he mentioned his business being related to his family. Her brow rose with curiosity, " A family thing you say? Would you care to share what your family needs this for?" Morgana watched him, he had become a bit stiff for some reason. It was evident that he was keeping things to himself. Everyone was entitled to keep whatever they wished to themselves. But there was nothing against being curious about others lives. When he denied any further explanation Morgana sighed. A small smile crept onto her lips as she nodded. " No, it's alright. I should not have pried into your affairs like that. I would not trust someone I just met with such important information as well." Morgana placed the book back in front of Sam, " Don't worry, I won't speak of this to anyone. You have my word."

When he asked the reason behind why she wanted the book she chuckled. " My reason is personal as well. I hope you don't mind if I keep the rest of it to myself as well? It only seems fair since you do not want to share anything else with me." Morgana smiled at him. " So, what are exactly are you trying to translate here?" She asked looking at the book before him.

Oh, oh, oh, it's magic | Lucifer and Morgana

The poor girl had looked so shocked by her own actions. She probably hadn’t lashed out violently against anyone before in her life, and now she was throwing boats at him. It was cute, in a pathetic sort of way. Didn’t know her own strength, this one. And so much strength as well. Lucifer could see a lot of potential in her, if she she would only take his advice. They could both get something good out of it.

Lucifer chuckled and stepped up to her slowly, his footsteps utterly silent on the wood. “Let’s just say I have a lot of practice with dealing with emotions. Allowing your emotions to blow you about like a feather in the wind prevents you from getting anywhere.” This was a gentle Lucifer, now. Gone was the sarcasm and the charm, the scheming and the goading and the threats. His voice was soft and understanding, his face kind, like he knew just what Morgana was going through.

He didn’t, but close enough. Lucifer could fake it better than anyone.

"You’re terrified of people learning what you can do, because your own power scares you. You can’t control it, and that frightens you so much you think your ability is vile or freakish. It’s not. I can help you learn how to separate yourself from your emotions so they don’t overwhelm you. And maybe, while doing so, I can learn where your power comes from in the first place. Would you like that?" He put the ball in her court, his blue eyes almost glowing in the gloom as Lucifer gazed at her and waited for her to choose.

Morgana watched as Lucifer became closer and closer to her. His footsteps were silent allowing his chuckle to echo a bit.He had practice with dealing with emotions? He stated what she already knew. Emotions were not something a power should be based around. Yet, there she was burdened with such a curse.His words had gone from intimidating to calm and somewhat gentle. Lucifer was a prime example of control. He could change from one emotion to the other without any hesitation. It was admirable but also very frightening.

She looked at him as he spoke of what she feared. It was true and obvious. Most associated wandless magic with evil and the dark arts. Was it any surprise that she feared what would happen if she were discovered? When he mentioned teaching her how to separate herself from her emotions she sighed. Morgana didn't want separate herself from he emotions, only her abilities. Hearing that he could learn something from teaching her as well caused her guard to rise once again. " And if I say yes? What would you want in return? You don't seem like the type to something without gaining anything in return."

Castiel wanted to yank his hand back once again. Wanted to get up and leave but he didn’t, instead he just sat there and took it, eyes averted. He couldn’t take her expression. She seemed honest, like she did care, but all he could think was that it was false.

"No, I would not like to," Castiel said stubbornly, head turned away still as he spoke. "No one can help me, I have come to realize this now. I can not even help myself. I’m too weak. Too pathetic," Castiel’s eyes shut tightly as he took in a deep breathe, trying to remain as calm as he could manage at this point.

"No one is here. Or if they are, it is when it is convenient to them, not when they are needed." The words were slightly biting, a bit of ruined desk and chairs shifting and trembling beside him, obviously the same emotional flare that had ruined the room in the first place not quite depleated.

But he didn’t want to harm Morgana. He never would. He took in a few calming breathes, eyes slipping shut before looking to her, “I am sorry. I-I…I have been struggling with things lately, and it appears to get no better, no matter what I do.” He said, sounding obviously defeated.

She was glad that the Hufflepuff allowed her to finish healing his hand. He assured her that he did not want to speak of what had happened in the room. Morgana took a moment to look around the destroyed room again.She really wished that he would open up, but she wouldn't push the matter any further if he did not wish it.  Castiel spoke of no one being able to help him. He mentioned that he was too weak, pathetic even. The sudden doubt in himself was something she couldn't bear to hear. " Do you truly believe that no one can help you?" 

Morgana listened to him speak again. " You say no one is here. But is that truly of their own free will? Or because you do not allow them to help when you need it most? We are all aware of our limits Castiel, yet I don't think you know yours." His words hurt the both of them. Was this what he truly believed? Did he always believe this? With the way he spoke it seemed he had these feelings for a time. They were harsh and left a tearing feeling within her. Morgana watched Castiel, witnessing the trembling around him.

She looked at him, his eyes eventually meeting hers. He apologized, admitting that he was struggling. With a small sigh she rubbed the back of his hand with her thumb, hoping to soothe him in any way she could. " There is no need to apologize Castiel. We all struggle at certain points of our lives. If there is anything i have learned it is that at once we have hit the bottom the only way to go is up. Whatever you are trying to accomplish, you will do it. It just...takes time." Slowly she leaned in to hug to poor Hufflepuff. She would help him, even if it killed her. " Let me help you Castiel. I want to help, you just...have to let me."

Admittedly, Bruce didn't know he'd be so close to the newcomer when they appeared, and he backed up so they weren't only half a foot apart. "What? Oh- no, you didn't scare me," he lied- Bruce had been terrified he would be facing another creature that would try and kill him. "I just didn't think I'd meet another student out here." 

Bruce was looking for thestrals. He had seen them before in the forest, but no one else did. He'd met them before, and they were friendly towards him, but now that the sun was out so much, he wasn't sure if they liked so much light and warmth. He wondered if he should confide in the stranger. First thing's first, he decided, and he held out his hand. "I don't think we've met before. I'm Bruce." He added a stammered,"Uh, Banner. My last name. Bruce Banner."

"I'm, uh, just looking for some aconite," he said, which was not an untruth. He always had extra pouches of potions for ingredients of Wolfsbane Potion, in case the potions professor ran out. "Never know when you're going to need that for a potion. Pain relief, heart sedative, lots of other uses." Bruce asked,"What are you doing out here? Are you looking for something, too?"

Morgana let out a small sigh of relief when the boy assured her he was not spooked. Though as he took a few steps back she began to wonder if he was telling the truth. When he mentioned not expecting another to be there she smiled. " It is a bit strange running into another student out here." Morgana looked over the boy trying to see if she could figure out his purpose for being in the forest. " I'm not interfering with anything am I? If you have private business here I could head elsewhere." The last things she wanted to do was interrupt anything. She was always one to respect another's schedule. 

The Ravenclaw introduced himself and extended his hand. Morgana took it as he managed to get his name out.He stammered a bit at the end which only caused her to smile. Was he always so nervous meeting new people? It was amusing. " It's a pleasure to meet you Bruce Banner. We haven't met before. My name is Morgana. Morgana Le Fay." Immediately after the introduction he went into what he was doing there. " Ah, Aconite? I suppose you are looking in the right area. Though, I'm not sure you'll find some any deeper. If you would like I could help you look?" When he asked what she was looking for she showed him the piece of parchment. " Like you I am also looking for some potion ingredients. It's for a sleeping poultice,actually."

Looking at Bruce she smiled. " Perhaps we can look for our ingredients together. You know what they say, two heads are better than one. We may even find something rare." Internally Morgana wondered if Bruce was only in the forest to find such a rare plant. There were other plants that were more common that helped with similar problems. Though aconite was much stronger. " Tell me Bruce is this aconite for you? Do you often find yourself in pain?" She walked ahead as she spoke to him. They wouldn't find anything if they simply stood in one place.

In All My Dreams I Drown || Morgana & Eleven

"Ah!" Eleven clapped his hands together once, in glee, very clearly getting excited about the prospect of taking someone new off on one of his adventures. "Alright! Medieval times it is then! The End of the Roman Empire, the rise of Christianity and Islam, Charles the Great, castles, feudalism, Marco Polo, the Christian Crusades, and the rise in innovation, architecture, music and art." 

Eleven pressed a couple of buttons, reached up blindly to grab at a large rope that was hanging from the ceiling and tugged, and then rotated a large wheel that looked similar to the wheel of a Gringotts vault in miniature. “I’ll try to aim for somewhere there in the middle of everything….don’t want to get caught up in the Black Death somewhere near the end. Talk about a downer.”

And with that, he pulled a single lever, and the Time Rotor let off his favorite sound in the entire universe - that vworp, vworp, vworp, that always reminded him of days past and adventures remembered. Of weeks when he would disappear just to get away from everything that he couldn’t handle - and there was much that he had been running from, for the last few years of his life.

The TARDIS jerked a bit, throwing Eleven a bit off balance. The old girl always flew like this, to be honest - he had never really been able to figure out how to fly her in such a way that said that he knew what he was doing, but he gave Morgana a comforting smile, and reached over to take her hand in his own.

Eleven pulled her hand up and wrapped her fingers around one of the bars that came off of the console screen in front of him, still smiling. “You might want to hold on dear - this gets quite chaotic sometimes.” Despite his words, he was still grinning, and he went back to flying the machine, his eyes concentrating on various symbols and equations and coordinates that flew across the console screen as they flew.

Morgana couldn't help but stare as Eleven danced around the console. The Tardis was a strange contraption. It had so many buttons and random levers, she wondered if all of them were truly necessary for ' time travel'. Especially the rope he so blindly tugged on.Eleven's rambling caused a smile to grace her features. He was so excited to be going on this little adventure. Morgana's eyes widened at the mention of the black death. " No, we certainly wouldn't want that. I believe that the whole purpose of this trip was to find something that excites me."

The machine made the most interesting noises as the central mechanism continued to glow. The machine jerked a bit and she held onto the railing. Her widened a bit as she looked at the Gryffindor. " Eleven, is the sudden jerking usually part of the journey?"  She was genuinely curious of the machine was at fault or Eleven's terrible driving skills? After a moment of balancing herself she managed to return to the console. She wasn't sure is she could hold onto it without hitting one of the various buttons. 

It wasn't long before her hand was taken into his. She looked at him as he positioned her hand on a bar located near the screen. He smiled as he explained that she should hold on. She chuckled, " that bit of advice would have been helpful a moment ago wouldn't you agree?" Morgana watched in silence as he continued to pilot his precious Tardis. Silently, she watched the screen as various symbols and numbers appeared it. How could he keep up with all the information that was being shown? " How on earth can you keep track of all this Eleven? You truly are full of surprises."

Do You Believe In Magic? || Merlin & Morgana

Merlin grinned proudly as he presented the flowers then chuckled. “I’ve never been known for being on time a lot. It’s not a specialty of mine. Better late than never though!” Merlin probably thought that phrase more than it was healthy for him to and his mother back home regretted teaching it to him but it was one of his favorites. 

He didn’t question much when she asked him to come, he simply followed and kept his mind preoccupied by looking around as he passed the walls and taking in each tapestry, stone, and crack in the wall. They looked mostly like just like any other part of Slytherin house but, all the same, it kept him quiet. Once they reached their destination Merlin thought it was safe enough to assume that this was Morgana’s room. It was a quaint place and he was tempted to sit on the bed however he remained standing, after all he had no idea if Morgana was touchy about her room.

Looking over the room, though, he did notice an array of other flowers by the bed. He scoffed. “Exactly how many people do you rope into giving you flowers?” Of course, Merlin wouldn't be surprised at how many people gave Morgana flowers trying to gain her fancy. That wasn't what he was trying to do but he was sure there were many who were going for that. “It must never smell bad in here with your growing collection.”

Merlin’s eyes drifted around the room as he listened. “You were thinking of me? That makes me feel important.” He looked back to Morgana who seemed to have found a home for the flowers he got her. “I do remember, and, although I’d say yes anyway, I don’t really have a choice here, do I?” His mouth quipped up in a smile. “When were you hoping to duel?”

Morgana looked at Merlin before laughing a bit. " I can assure you, I don't spend my free time coaxing others into giving me flowers. So far, you have been the only one." Looking back at the other decorative plants that decorated her desk she smiled. " However, if you must know  I received them from Tony, Steve and Gwen. All very dear friends of mine. So there is no need for any jealousy that may be brewing." She teased while delicately touching the various petals. 

When Merlin mentioned feeling important she sighed. " Of course, I always think of those close to me. I hadn't the slightest idea it would be such a surprise to you. Perhaps I should tell you more often then, hm?" Turning towards Merlin she smiled when he asked for the time of the duel. She walked past Merlin towards her trunk. Quickly she opened it  and pulled out and objects wrapped in black cloth. " I was hoping you would be willing duel with me today. If that is alright with you?" Without waiting for an answer she placed the objects into Merlin's arms. " Now then, let us go. I know of a clearing we could use within the forest." With those words Morgana pulled him out of her room and into the halls.

It was a bit of a trek, it the two eventually made it to the clearing. Morgana took the wrapped object from Merlin's grasp and placed it onto the ground. " It would be wise to remove your wand and robe Merlin. We wouldn't want either of them to become damaged during this duel." Before giving Merlin a chance to speak she revealed what was hidden within the fabric. There on the ground laid two well polished and maintained swords. It had been so long since she had held one in her hands. She was certain if Arthur were there he would be swinging and showing off his ' skills' with the blade. Morgana stood up before handing one of the swords to Merlin. " Have you ever held or used a sword before Merlin?" She asked marveling at the instrument in her hands.

Do You Believe In Magic? || Merlin & Morgana

What started out as a walk through Hogsmeade turned into practicing some magic out of sight which turned into trying to grow into a blackberry bush which turned into growing flowers instead which all lead to how Merlin Emrys ended up heading back to Hogwarts castle with a bouquet of freshly picked flowers in his hands to give to Morgana Pendragon.

He wasn’t exactly sure what flowers they were, he was no flower expert, but they weren’t a handful of weeds and that he was sure of. These were flowers and he was quite smug about how well his bouquet turned out. He had been thinking of buying a bouquet for some time now to give to Morgana, as he did owe her one, but he wasn’t exactly very keen to spend four galleons on flowers. His bouquet, though, cost him no money and looked just as good as something you’d find in a shop! All it needed was ribbon around the middle and maybe a cleaning around the stems. He was also quite sure

He got a few odd looks on his return trip to the castle because of the flowers but he ignored it… mostly. Once he couldn’t walk away from was Arthur who he attempted to hide the flowers from and managed to finally get away from the boy but he may have caught Merlin pulling the flowers out from his belt as he walked away. Whether he did or did not though didn’t matter to Merlin as he continued on his way down the steps into the dungeons to the Slytherin common room.

Once he’d made it inside he scanned the large common room and grinned when he spotted Morgana in a chair by the fire.

"Morgana!" He made his way around the furniture and held out his flowers proudly once he had reached her with a grin on his face. "I believe I owe you some flowers."

The smell of burning wood always had a calming affect on the mood. The pine made the dungeon like common area smell sweet and added a sense of invitation. Morgana settled herself in one of the grand chairs beside the fire place. She rested her arm on the padded arm rest and flipped through a pleasure read. The day had been relaxing to say the least there were no issues at all. A few students traveled through the room occasionally calling her or waving as they passed.

The common room soon became overwhelmed with comfortable silence. Morgana sunk further into the seat as she glanced at the dancing flames. It didn't take her long to drift back into her book. Some time passed and she found herself very close to the conclusion. As she began to flip another page a familiar voice called her name. Morgana quickly looked up and smiled as her favorite large eared housemate came towards her. " Ah, hello Merlin." He presented a bouquet of beautifully arranged flowers.When he mentioned that he owed her flowers she laughed and shook her head. " You are correct, you do owe me flowers. A bit late though aren't we?"

Pulling the bouquet up to her nose she slowly inhaled their wonderful perfume. Morgana's smile only grew sweeter as her fingers brushed against the various petals. " They're beautiful Merlin, thank you." She said bowing her head in thanks. With her free hand she closed the book before rising to her feet. She wanted to place them in a vase as soon as possible. " Come with me Merlin." She gestured for him to follow her. It wasn't long before they reached her room. Morgana invited Merlin inside as she looked for a place to put them. Her desk had already been occupied with a few different colored flowers she had attained over a time.

" Merlin, I am actually very happy to see you. I was thinking about you, ins't that strange?" Eventually Morgana found something and placed her flowers inside. " I know this may seem off topic, but do you remember that little wager we had made before? I'm sure you do." She rose a brow as she looked at Merlin. " Thanks to that book, I seem to be in a dueling mood. Would you do me the honor of being my partner?" She smiled knowing that he had no say in the matter.
