Gerri and Roman relationship is set in defined consent and shifting boundaries. The "norm" does not apply to them but it doesn't mean it's any less appealing or it brings them harm. The beauty of them is the realism with which they navigate it.

Of course they are fundamentally opposite people that truly bring best in each other. The relationship that we will see it's not necessary sexual. The kink worked as a set up but there is more behind it and THAT is something worth exploring. That trust and affection.
