Alec smirked as he countered her strikes until she threw the right one. He caught her by the wrist spinning under the arm and dragging it back and up between her shoulder blades, “hardly,” he breathed in her ear before shoving her forward a few feet.

She groaned as she was shoved forward. “I know how to get out of that, you didn’t give me the chance.” She said annoyed as she moved to attack him again swiftly faking him out and knocking him into his butt

Alec rolled over and popped up not giving her time to attack him while he was on the ground, “I’ve seen you get out it,” he assured her, “although I can teach you a faster way if you’d like. Being in the feild those by the book counters don’t always work. You’ll need to learn to improvise.”
