I was practically screaming about this last night and no one was listening. The 6 and 5 are out of order and that makes the code she typed in 2186. It could just be 21 because Joe was born on the 21st (She has 89 and 91- their birth years- earlier and there are 13s on the wall). But that still wouldn’t explain the out of order 6 and 5, so I googled 2186:
