someone has probably pointed all of this out, but the more i look at it, the more i love the yyxy logo
it’s obvious at this point that Go Won is the x, the differences in her latest promo picture and caption compared to the others made that clear:
but it was already likely, based on this image:
where the third triangle is upside down, Go Won is the third member of yyxy, and it didn’t make sense for her triangle to be different to the others unless she was the x.
Yves and Chuu are the first two ys, as the first two members of the group, they’re at the top, on the same level, similar to how they appeared together in the One&Only music video, already united, connected to each other, and working together to convince Go Won to join them.
we see them sitting at the table and the three of them make a formation resembling the top circle part of the yyxy logo, with Go Won being the x:
then, in the love4eva teaser, Yves and Chuu are shown several times to be closer to each other than they are to Go Won, however, she is still in their circle, while Olivia Hye is not. they make the logo shape twice, once here:
and then again when Chuu runs ahead with Yves. with Olivia Hye behind them, this time they make the full logo’s shape:
i think it goes without saying that Olivia Hye is the final y, disconnected from the group, not part of the circle, the final member.
this does bring some interesting speculation on the way she is connected. before the teaser came out, I couldn’t work out why she was connected to Go Won and no one else, but then in the teaser we got this scene:
Go Won, the x, is the only part of the circle to look back at Olivia Hye, the final y,
which suggests there may be some connection between them, or it suggests Go Won at least cares about Olivia Hye more than Yves and Chuu (who don’t acknowledge her) seem to. considering it’s implied Yves and Olivia Hye had a falling out of some kind, and Chuu would naturally side with Yves on anything, that makes sense. Go Won is further removed from the situation, making her more likely to be the one to reach out or try to mend things.
it’s also interesting to note that the x is the only letter connected to all the others. could it have something to do with this scene from the One&Only music video?
is Go Won some sort of unifying force or leader within the group? a benevolent queen looking out for her subjects?
i don’t know but i love the yyxy logo and the love4eva teaser has me buzzing
