For this subject we must choose a universe (Video games, manga, mythology ...) and make tarot cards based on the elements (characters, items ...) of this universe and also keep a coherence of relationship between the selected element and the name of the card adressed to it.
I was inspired by the design of the tiberium from the Command and Conquer Tiberian Dawn.
It is made from pieces of brown painted cardboard and assembled bristol sheets.
Here, we have Kane, Grand leader of the brotherhood of NOD (Faction in the game)
- He's convinced that the tiberium is the future of humanity (while this fictif mineral is extremely dangerous for humans as well as for the environment)
- He seeks to make the world HIS world.
- In his quest to dominate the wolrd, he manages to push scientists to work for him to make soldiers Mi-human Mi-Robot (ranging from 75% to 95%) ( Also the soldiers are designed to having any feeling (Bye feeling of pity and fear for the enemy) and also to obey his order without thinking) (Soldiers called : Awakened and enlightened)
We have here the mammoth tank of the GDI faction
It's a powerful tank, resistant to enemy assault, can even crush enemy tanks, armed with 2 large cannons and 4 missiles launchers
Design from Command and Conquer Tiberian Dawn with, in the background, the design of the tiberium from Command and Conquer Tiberian Sun / Tiberium Wars / Kane's Wrath
I made this background to represent the idea of pollution that this mineral can produce
Card showing the power of the GDI superweapon : The Ion Cannon
For this card I draw the logo of the scrins faction with, as a background, a visual inspired by the visual of the cinematics from the game
In resume: The scrins decide to conquer Earth after a certain event that cause a chemical reaction with the tiberium that catches their attention
The cultist, one of the funniest units in the game:
It allows the player to take control of other enemy land units (Infantry and tanks units) (Obviously, the enemy unit is released once the cultist group controlling it dies)
Disclaimer: Characters depicted in this project is based of the units and world of Command and Conquer
