Watched it recently. Story seemed a little chaotic. And some scenes were WAY too fast. But gosh it is beautiful. and songs are all bangers ( I saw original language ver.)

This is written almost exactly like a horse girl movie if the horse can eat an entire pack of wild hogs, which is awesome, but reviews also made it sound like it was no deeper than that when it actually has a well executed way in which its central theme extends differently through every single human character, which is that pain, fear and isolation can make anyone hurt or betray someone else, ie a lack of understanding making a "monster" of anyone.

when i was a kid i decided that killing people was bad therefore war was bad therefore the military was evil. and adults would tell me it's more nuanced than that and i would understand when i grew up. well i'm a grown up now and idk i still think that killing people is bad and war is bad and the military is evil
